「Could not possibly get a better location. Property manager introduced us to the locals and we genuinely got the royal treatment. Apartment was very clean and conveniently located above a fantastic restaurant that we ate at three time. Surf lessons with Pablo was awesome, and we got a great guide through the property manager to help locate sloths in Manual Antonio National Park. Did not want to leave!」

「This is a spotless, spacious, well-appointed, 3rd floor condo. Location is excellent. Very quiet. Gorgeous Oceanfront View from the Massive Balcony! Excellent parking lot staff helped us park, fast lifts. Our unit had free access to Croc’s Casino’s pool next door through a private entrance. Private pool on site also. 「Location and installations are great. The listing wasn’t completely accurate concerning the amount of washrooms and the unit looks more recent and modern on pictures than it actually is. Needs a paint job and the curtains need to be changed. Besides that, great place.」

「Condo 701 was very dated and dirty. The pillows and blankets we disgusting. There was No toilet paper, hand soap or dish soap. Kitchen in bad condition and not very well equipped. José the property manager was responsive and helped us w everything we needed. 」

「Easy to access house. We only stayed in the main part of the house and it was rainy season. So cooler and the AC in the bedrooms was very needed still. We had a slight issue with on demand water heater in main house shower but went over to the guest house to shower the kids. Pool was perfect. There is a packn play and high chair for the younger kids. We rented surf boards from Brett’s Surfboards down the road. 」
