"Bucaneiro is centrally located so you can easily walk to downtown to the east and also to Praia do Forno, Praia Brava, and Rocka restaurant. The bathroom is quite small but there was enough space in the room for our luggage. Only 1 person on staff really understood English but he helped us with our bags up to the room and showed us around the property. "This pousada has amazing potential. The property itself is beautiful, a bit of an oasis with royal palms (I think), tropical vegetation and with Koi ponds. The common area, sort of a club house with pool table and library, a nice pool and breakfast area are all very nice and peaceful, and all with wifi. The breakfasts were very good, and the kitchen help was very sweet. Unfortunately there were too many little niggly things that were bothersome, that when added up left us a little frustrated....
