「Terrible communication and terrible care for their clients. I’ve reached out to the host multiple times to inquire about air conditioning at the property as our stay was scheduled in the middle of a heat wave. The person I reached in the phone told me that some properties did and others didn’t and someone with the information would call me back. No one did… in the end we decided to not chance it and stayed at a different hotel that could confirm they had air conditioning. We lost the cost...
