The housekeeping was very kind and cheerful.
However, some of reception's English was a bit poor and the chef of restaurant's work was unstable (at 1st day she always opened the tray to serve for customers, but at 2nd day she enjoyed the smart phone and did nothing).
What was the biggest problem was about restaurant at dinner...
