"Lourdes she was an amazing front desk help. She made the call to have me picked up from the airport. She made sure the check in process was smooth and easy. She assisted with many of things. She suggested places to take my kids and it was a hit for them.They had soo much fun at Zapzone. Other staff were okay some didn’t speak at all but it’s okay. "Atheneum is a solid stay downtown! The suites are very roomy and although not very modern, have a charm to them. The hotel itself is very active. A lot of foot traffic and there is an element of noise but I didn’t find it disruptive or obnoxious. It was quiet at sleep time :) Room service was good and not too expensive either and there is a bar/restaurant in the lobby. Love the Atheneum!"
