「There was an African American gentleman in the front that was nice pleasant and so helpful.」

「フロントの人は親切な対応だった。」

「This hotel seems to be mainly for truckers, the staff don't care about single women like myself ...... I messaged them and told them I was scared but no one said a word :( Breakfast isn't nice, there were no hot eggs at all only cold boiled. You know there are more travellers than just truckers, you should treat everyone the same not play favourites :(」

「Very comfortable, great location, easy access and friendly staff. No complaints, excellent experience.」

「Overall is ok but there are nothing to looking forward coming back staying again. Staff wasn’t helpful, checked in very late from the time receptionist told us. Breakfast just ok but less options if compared to any Hyatt that I stayed. Room amenities were ok, but not really clean and the floor was really sticky.」

「Pros: Good location. Comfortable beds. Cold room. Friendly staff. Good selection of breakfast. Cons: The room was disgusting. Mirrors were full of marks. Headboard was peeling and shedding material all over the bed. The room had a burnt smell as soon as we walked in. Someone prior to our stay burnt something in the microwave and the smell was obnoxious. I called immediately to ask if we could be moved or if someone could come get the microwave. 「The stay was very pleasant and relaxing」

「The hotel was very nice, clean and a convenient location. Ty was so helpful and made our stay even better」

「The hotel is great. It's a nice hotel right on campus. The rooms are a nice size and well equipped. If you use Expedia to purchase your room for a better deal, just know, it doesn't include complimentary breakfast so there is not benefit unless you don't want breakfast. That is why I gave the hotel 4 stars. The breakfast is $15 for 2 people. It's a pretty good breakfast. Also, the hotel is unavailable to anyone other than ulumni on several game day weekends which is a bummer.」

「Nice clean & quiet stay.」
