Always love our stay at this property!

This is our second time staying at this property & we are already planning our third for next year. It is walking distance to the slopes, the bus stop and grocery stores. Everything you need is here!! Also, the bed is super comfy! We are looking forward to our next stay in 2021!

Location is great, owner is very responsive. Condo could use some updates and a washer/drier but overall, a good stay and would rent again next time in PC.

Great stay and price

This was more than we expected. Close to the slopes and with ski valet with rental on the slopes it made the walk to the slopes so easy. Once we figured out the bus system, it was convenient to get around. The place was spacious, clean and comfortable. We loved it.

EZ to book this great location!

Very clean, great location for skiing or visiting main street or any of the other Park City attractions. Park City has great free bus service which is almost right out the door from this location.

Amazing Night's Sleep

Was not expecting such a great mattress and pillows when we booked our stay but they were wonderful! It was a great addition to what was already a really nice stay. Location was perfect, Fletcher was so easy to work with, and the property met our needs perfectly.

Location, location, location

Great little place to stay. Near to downtown, but not too close. Right next to a large ski, bike ,hike area and activity center with a golf course/cross country ski area across the street. Great value for area. Only suggestion would be a ceiling fan in the bedroom, but I guess SLC was in a heat wave while we were there.

Location

The location of the property was great a short distance to old town Main Street as well as park city resort. The propery was clean and well maintained. The only thing I didn’t like about the property was no A/C. The condo did not get hot at all the entire stay in the heat of August and this would not be a problem in the colder skiing months.

Not just for winter!

We stayed for 2 days during the off-season, and loved it! It was the perfect place for our small cousin reunion. It's far enough away from the Park City proper that you still get that "secluded lodge" feel, but close enough for any and all needs. The pool was warm, the amenities were perfect, and the manager was responsive and quick to follow-up. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent location near everything for Sundance

The place was cozy, comfortable, near everything for Sundance film fest. would highly recommend it. Owner is very nice and accommodating.

Loved the location - cozy condo!

We loved the location of this condo - we could walk to the lifts through a parking lot just across the street, or take a bus up to the base. There were restaurants up at the base, and Main Street was just a short bus ride away, though we did walk into town a few times. The condo was well equipped and the owner was very quick to respond to the couple of questions we had. The space was perfect for the two of us. The only thing stopping us from giving a 5 star rating was the noise coming from surrounding condos and especially the stairways! One set of stairs had rubber mats, which cut down on the noise from stomping ski boots; it would be great if all of the stairways had them. Quiet hours were strictly enforced, however; the hot tub and pool closed at 10:00, which cut down on the noise. The hot tub was rarely empty; one tub serving all of the units didn't seem like enough at times. The lack of laundry facilities was also disappointing, considering we were staying for a week. We would stay here again, and would recommend it to others. The location and the condition of the condo, which had recently been renovated, far outweighed the noise issues!

We will stay here any time we are in Park City!

The location was AMAZING! We were able to walk to the slopes, walk to the store and catch the free shuttle to go anywhere else in the area. Fletcher was wonderful. He was able to give us information about where to go for all of our wants and needs. He also was super easy to get in touch with. The bed was very comfy and the whole condo felt super warm and comfortable. I strongly recommend this location and look forward to staying here again next time we visit Park City, UT! Thank you for everything Fletcher!!

Great unit! As advertised

This was a great setup for my 8 year old daughter and myself. She slept on the pullout and I slept in the BR. Short walk to lift... shuttle stop 200 feet from front door that takes you into town or to resort base.

Great place, great location! Owner was great! Will stay again when we go back!

Emailed owner prior to visit. He was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. The place was well furnished with comfortable bed, pillows, and towels. Will definitely choose this place again when we go back.

Very comfortable condo, great location

My husband and I stayed here for a ski trip. We loved being in walking distance from Park City resort! The condo is just like a home away from home. We built a cozy fire on a chilly night, and soaked our tired muscles in the hot tub. Fletcher was a great host. We would definitely stay here again!

Location, Location, Location plus a great mix of Amenities

First of all, I can't say enough about how well this place is located. It is about a 8 minute walk to the lifts, about a 10 minute walk to groceries, and 15 minutes to downtown restaurants and bars. There is absolutely no need for a car, unless you plan on buying so many groceries in one trip that you can't possibly carry them. The hot tub is conveniently located about 100' away and was clean. There is also a pool which we did not use. Fletcher, the property manager is a joy to work with. Super responsive and very helpful. He was able to help us out with extending our accommodation after weather (in Chicago) caused our flight to be canceled and left us stranded for another day. If you are looking for a place for a weekend getaway or a week of time on the slopes, this is a great place to do it from.

Clean, Comfortable and Close to Town

The condo was exactly what I needed....clean, comfortable and a short (10-15 min.) walk to Main Street for the Sundance Film Festival. And, it was a nice bonus to have a wood-burning fireplace to use. The owner was incredibly helpful and easy to work with.

Extremely clean and like new

The condo was really clean and well kept the location is great walked to the lifts every morning and is a short walk to the bus stop to main street. They also supplied us with wood for the fire place which was relaxing to sit by in the evenings. Also hot tub and pool area is right out the door.
