Pictures don’t do this house justice

This house was perfect for our group of four families. Plenty of space that made it very comfortable. The house had every amenity imaginable and the kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked!

Very Comfortable

Everything was as it was advertised. It was a great location for our big group and had plenty of space for the kids to spread out and play. Would definitely rent again!

Never again.... No hot water, no solution, no refund

Here’s a revised version of the review incorporating your feedback: Disappointing Stay Despite a Beautiful Property We recently stayed at this mountain rental for Thanksgiving with a group of nine. The property itself is stunning, with beautiful surroundings and excellent amenities that promised a perfect holiday retreat. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by a major issue: there was no hot water throughout our stay. Despite multiple calls to the property managers, the issue was never resolved. While they were polite and seemed concerned, their promises to fix the situation led nowhere. It was extremely difficult to enjoy the otherwise lovely home when we couldn’t take hot showers after cold mountain days. I contacted the property managers afterward seeking a fair resolution, only to be offered a paltry 15% refund. This is completely unacceptable given the circumstances. I pointed out that they were clearly out of compliance with the rental contract, only to be told that their contract states they have no liability for the condition of the property. What?! So you’ll charge thousands for a stay, but not guarantee that major services and appliances will be operational? What’s the point?! This response demonstrated a total lack of accountability and even basic empathy for our situation. I am a traveler with over one million miles on three different airlines. As such, I know that it is rare for a property of this complexity to be entirely perfect — that is to be

Birthday getaway with friends

The house was wonderful. Very clean and stocked with everything we would need. Instructions were very clear. Shuttle to Deer Valley was fast and the driver was very friendly. We would love to stay there again.

Excellent cabin with plenty of room

Our group came for a convention and rented this beautiful cabin. There was plenty of room for everyone. The cabin was beautiful and extremely spacious and spread out over several different floors. My favorite was the steam room and used it several times during our stay.

Nice Place to stay

This was a nice place. Ideal for three couples and 2 to 4 kids or 4 couples and 2 to 3 kids. They request leave shoes at the door which is good but the floor was still dirty. To the eye the floor looks clean but was not. The Freezer can use a ice makter. Good location, nice views, movie room and game room great for teenagers. Kitchen has everything you need. We enjoyed it!

This is a very spacious house, with an incredible steaming room and movie theater room. The bedrooms are all well done, the kitchen is open and great for cooking. This is truly a 5 Star experience.

Pictures oversell the house

The house has a great layout and is in a great location. The house had most everything needed for a Christmas vacation but small details missing. The house was “worn” in that some things didn’t work, dining chairs vinyl seats flaking off. Property management was excellent and responsive.

Great family vacation

This was a fabulous house for our family's ski vacation. A very large and nice house with all the amenities you would want. Great living arrangement for our kids and grandkids. Everyone had their own space with a great entertainment room plus a theater. Beautiful views and convenient to town and skiing. It helped make for a wonderful vacation for our family.
