In-town 6 BDR House - great for families, hot tub, 2 fireplaces + huge yard.

Ideally located between the ski mountains, bike trails, hiking trails, minutes from shopping, downtown Park City and the free bus route. The MARC recreation center is only a few blocks away, and across the street from the golf course which provides a safe and highly trafficked route for our local Elk and Deer.

There are two main gathering spaces - one up and one down, which offers the perfect for space for families visiting with kids. Offers views of the Park City ski areas from the upstairs kitchen, bedroom and deck . The outside features a private 6 seat hot tub to soothe your muscles after a long day of skiing or to just relax and enjoy the views.

With six bedrooms sleeping 15+ people, there are plenty of sleeping options. On the main floor you will find the master with a queen size bed and a private bathroom. And a second room with a double bed and access to the main floor bath. The downstairs features two double bedrooms which share a bath; the fifth bedroom has two bunks beds, and the sixth bedroom a double bed bunk + trundle bed which share the fourth bathroom. The hot tub is located on the raised deck outside, with direct access to the master bed and the kitchen / main room. We would possibly consider a dog but would have to make that determination after a conversation. If approved, there would be an additional pet fee.

Guests have access to the entire house to spread out and enjoy the home.

The home is well equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your time in Park City. There is a property manager available 24/7 to support you with any questions or assistance you may need. And we will offer concierge service to help with any reservations, recommendations or bookings during your stay!
