This house had everything we needed to cook meals in the kitchen and eat our meal with plates, silverware, and glasses.Hot tub was always hot and ready when we were.Beds were clean and comfortable.

Awesome house with incredible space. We had a group of 15 adults and there was room for everyone. The kitchen had all the amenities needed. The grill was a little odd that you had to walk through someone's bedroom to use it. The location, 5min drive from downtown Park City, was perfect. Parking downtown was easy and getting ubers from the house was not a problem either. Would definitely stay at this house again.

This property is amazing! It was better than the pictures. Each bedroom was its own suite with a very comfortable bed and full bathroom. The large open family room/dining room/ kitchen area was spacious and accommodated all of us. It was a great experience and we will definitely be staying there again!

Looks better in person!

Great host, very communicative, and nice amenities. Very short drive to the ski hills and downtown. While the pictures are beautiful, they do not do the property justice. The kitchen, dining, and living rooms were bigger than anticipated which was great for our large group to congregate after a day of skiing to hang out and socialize. The hot tub was a plus.

Very beautiful ski house

This place was huge and we had twelve people staying there for a family Christmas. Very well stocked and comfortable. We loved the theater room, ping pong and hot tub. Be sure to download the app for the ski shuttle. It’s the perfect way to/from Deer Valley.

Family Reunion

We haven't had a family reunion in a long time, so this was a big deal. The house was even better than the pictures show. Everything was very close as well to the property. We all enjoyed it very much.

Great experience!

We were a group of 16 adults celebrating and the house was perfect. Plenty of space, clean, and comfortable. The amenities were great, we enjoyed the fireplace, theater room, hot tub, and amazing kitchen. Host and property manager were responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

Very pleased

The house is amazing. Great place for a larger group; Plenty of dishes, Well stocked kitchen for eating and cooking, and the Hot tub was ready and warmed up when we got there. The check in process was a bit rough for us with the early checkin, but everything else was very smooth. Nonetheless, I would recommend staying there.

Good not great

We enjoyed our stay. The layout of house worked nicely for our large family. But the house isn't perfect. Numerous items didn't work (fireplace, game machine) and some things just not finished (garage door didn't shut the whole way, hood vent exposed and fridge panel off). Not big issues, but not expected at this level of rental either. Also, like most rental houses, the HVAC system isn't great, not enough zones. Neighboring rooms upstairs are on one thermostat and once doors are shut at night the temperatures range from cool to blazing hot. At this price level I expect a little more.

Christmas 2022

This property was exactly as described. We had 33 people, 22 adults and 11 children. We didn't feel crowded. The main floor comfortably held all of us for a large Christmas dinner. The movie theater provided a nice gathering place to finish Christmas with the family. The home is located very close to Park City Mountain and Deer Valley Resort.

Perfect vacation home

This house is AWESOME!! It was so comfortable and spacious. Well stocked with everything we needed, super clean, and a great location. The bedrooms were so nice, the kitchen and great room are huge. Too many good things to write in one review, we will definitely be back.

Gorgeous home

This home is absolutely beautiful. Everything is brand new, it was so clean, and so nice. The beds are really comfortable, lots of space for everyone and it was very well stocked with everything we would ever need. We can't wait to come back.

Beautiful!!!!!

This home is so classy. Everything is new, and clean. It is so well decorated, the beds, sheets and towels are so soft and comfortable. You can tell it's brand new and a lot of thought went into every little detail. The game room and theater were a really fun touch. All the windows in the dining/living area were stunning with all the fall leaves surrounding the home. It was absolutely gorgeous, I have never enjoyed cooking so much. We really look forward to staying here again!

Beautiful home!

This home is absolutely gorgeous, it even smells new. We had 3 different families and we made all meals at home, it worked out perfectly. The kitchen was very well stocked, and we had plenty of room to all sit down together. Everyone had their own room, the beds were so comfortable, the kids loved how big and sturdy the bunk beds were. Between the theater, game room and just a comfortable atmosphere, we almost didn't want to leave even though we had plans during the day in Park City. This location was really great as well, super close to everything but still in a quiet neighborhood. I loved this house and will definitely be back!

Big Space

Great home for a large gathering, lots of big space for meals/games and spending time with the whole group. Wish there was a better parking situation since the house is so large, many of the cars bottomed out because of the slopped driveway and we could only have 7 cars which required some planning. The outdoor space also wasn't done which was not in the listing and I likely would have booked elsewhere if I had known about it ahead of time. But otherwise a great stay!

Great Stay, beautiful home

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Very roomy, large kitchen that is stocked with all the dishes/cooking pans that you will need. Beds are comfortable and we loved how each room had it's own bathroom. The instructions said that you could fit 7 cars, but that is only if they are small cars. The garage still has some construction materials in it, so we were not able to fit all 7 cars as we had a truck and an SUV. The driveway will only fit 2 small compact cars and there is no street parking, we had to do some shuffling to deal with the larger cars. Other than that, the stay was really great.

We had a great weekend together. My grand kids loved the theatre watching movies.

This is a brand new property so not everything is finished. No patio, hot tub or way to barbecue, or yard. Can’t wait until it’s all finished so we can come back.

Great house, but not quite ready for occupancy

This is a beautiful house in a great location. However, shortly after we checked in, a maintenance person came into the house to fix something that he said had to be completed before the house received it's certificate of occupancy. The house has a few things that need to be completed prior to renting: * Windows were still dirty from construction. * furnishings were not not well put together. There was a chair in the dining area that was not assembled properly and the bar stool tops were wobbly (missing a nut for each screw so the tops shifted.) * The listing noted a BBQ and hot tub, which were not yet completed. I was not informed of this until after the booking confirmation. * There is no outdoor area available in the house. Still to be completed, but again, not communicated until after the booking was confirmed. * The listing notes 7 parking stalls and no street parking. The uninstalled BBQ and hot tub were taking up a stall in the garage, and you cannot fit two cars in front of the two car garage. Not a big deal, but the expectation should be adjusted. * We loved the room set ups, but the bunk beds were not super sturdy and crazy enough, there was actual tree sap coming out of the slats supporting the top bunk. I have pictures and would be happy to share. Overall this was a great weekend and will be an amazing listing once fully completed, but I don't think they should be charging premium pricing for a house that is not fully ready for occupancy. I would be happy to discuss this further and share photos if it helps. Thanks

This home is incredible

Brand new and beautiful. Great views. Great location. Can't say enough good things about it. We used the theater room quite a bit and had a good time catching up with friends.

Wow! Brand new home and immaculately designed!

We LOVED this place. It has everything. Tons of space for our group to spread out and have privacy in our own bedrooms and bathrooms, amazing kitchen/great room area for our meals and meetings, the theatre room, etc. The proximity to Deer Valley resort and the trail system was amazing! We'll be back next summer!
