Overall, we had a good experience with this property.
Pros: Good water pressure / hot water, coat rack at entrance for ski gear, washer/dryer, walking distance (about 1 mile or so) to historic Park City shopping / restaurants, bus available nearby, very quiet in the unit, heat worked well - took some time to figure out, plenty of towels, hair dryer, bed somewhat comfortable, checkin was easy with key code door access, parking easy, heated pool/hot tub (didn’t use), Keurig and regular coffee maker.
Cons: stale and/or cigarette smoke smell permeated the main unit although the bedroom wasn’t as bad. Bothered my asthma. I would have given the property 5 stars if it were not for the smell. Property was “clean” per se, but the smell did impact my score on the “cleanliness of the unit.”
Unit is small - good for a couple, or a couple with small children (pull out sofa). Outside of unit, the property is old and outdated but didn’t bother us at all.
Generally speaking, good property for Park City access.
