I stayed at this hotel with my wife for two nights. It's close to Himeji Garden and it's fun to take a morning walk.However, I was asked to pay at check-in even though I paid at the time of reservation. I asked if it was a deposit, but they said it was not. I asked for a refund at check-out, but I didn't really understand.You can clearly hear the snoring next door.

The room was stylish and very comfortable. The amenities were great. When I was sick, they were very kind to me. Thank you.

駅・繁華街に近く、便利な宿です。誤って室内器具を少々壊しましたが、弁償すると申し出たところ夕刻には修理が済み、しかもその分の請求はありませんでした。近くのコインランドリーも使用可能で、いろいろと親切に教えていただき有り難かったです。

清潔で綺麗です。レストランは一箇所しか無いですが内容・スタッフの対応とも十分満足のいくものでした。周囲が広々とした公園なので散歩も楽しめて大変良かったです
