Romantic Apartment overlooking the Gulf of Lugano - PARADISE

A 180 ° view of the Gulf of Lugano, a glimpse of the beautiful Paradiso fountain: PARADISE is the perfect nest for a couple\'s holiday, but also for business travelers who wish to relax after a long working day.



The large and bright living room is furnished with a large French sofa bed (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.), where you can chat with friends, read a book and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV, and with a glass table for 6 people, located in front of the fully equipped kitchen with a pass-through window towards the dining area to easily fetch food. The apartment is framed by a large terrace on which to enjoy the wonderful panorama of the lake.

In the master bedroom there is a large wardrobe and a desk to work and study with the right amount of privacy. The apartment is completed by a bathroom with bathtub/shower and a closet.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.



The apartment has a reserved parking space in the residential garage. (max dimensions: L:5.30m, W:2.60m, H:2.05m)

Please be reminded that you will enter the apartment by doing a SELF CHECK-IN. 

An e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS (including a step-by-step guide) on how to access the apartment autonomously will be sent to you after you successfully complete the online registration.

What\'s nearby:

Paradiso area is served by numerous restaurants, bars, groceries. The Lido Conca d\'oro is 4 minutes walking and 10 minutes driving distance; the Lido Riva Caccia on the other hand is a 4-minute drive away. Paradise Panoramic Park, from which to admire the Gulf of Lugano, is only a 3-minute walk away. By public transport, in 10 minutes you can reach the historic center of the city, reachable in 30 minutes on foot along the beautiful lakefront. The LAC Museum is 5 minutes away by car.



How to arrive:

If you arrive by car, take the exit of the A2 Lugano Sud motorway and follow the directions of your GPS: in 4 minutes you will reach the apartment. 

If you arrive by train, from Paradiso Lugano Station continue on foot for 5 minutes.
