"This place is adorable. The bed was very comfortable. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t get the heater to work and when we messaged the staff, as directed, we got no response. Also the walls are very thin and we couldn’t hear a tv or people talking all night."

"5/5 Stars – Absolutely idyllic post-Labor Day getaway!We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Rockport. The house itself is stunning—immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. It immediately felt like a home away from home, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip.The location is unbeatable. It’s convenient enough to pop into downtown Rockport, explore Bearskin Neck, or head down to Front Beach within minutes.Visiting right after Labor Day turned out to be the absolute sweet spot. The summer crowds had thinned out, parking and getting into local restaurants was effortless, and the September weather was crisp and warm. Coming back to relax on the property after a day of exploring was the highlight of our evening.Thank you Christine and Mike for sharing such a special place."
Rockport Home with Beautiful Ocean Views

"This is a charming updated historic home with a magnificent view towards historic Rockport. Michael was super responsive as a host; the location is stellar with easy walk to beaches, town and quarry pits. The bus system going around Cape Ann is an asset .We had a 2 year old along and the three levels worked great giving each family members privacy if needed. The three levels all have a bathroom/ toilet which is super! The balconies facing the bay are fantastic.Kitchen is generously equipped which makes cooking easy. Dishwasher is old but works great; the showers could benefit from improved handles and more ease with adjusting temperature. The only surprise was that we were not allowed to use the towels at the beach , maybe that could be stressed in the description of the rental; otherwise supply of bath and swim towels was very generous.Overall we loved our stay and hope to be able to return!"

"Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Great location. Walkable to all sites including train station and area bus service. Lovely porch with table, chairs and umbrella. Great spot to unwind after a day at the beach just down the street. A memorable vacation."

"This was a great property for our family. Easily walkable distance to Front Beach and the Neck. The two livingrooms were great for the kids and adults to do their own thing. Everyone fit comfortably and the kitchen was very usable."

"An amazing property. The views from inside the house are as magical as from outside. Quiet , serene , stunning. And conveniently located.The house is functional and well laid out. Wi-Fi is spotty at the property so electronic entry was complicated and required driving another location. Access code provided also failed. Fortunately , Atlantic Vacation rentals was available by phone so the problem was resolved."
