"We enjoyed the place and had it pretty much all to ourselves for two off-season nights. The house is beautiful and we walked down to the waterfront to have breakfast both days. it was a very enjoyable stay with easy entry, ample parking and excellent water pressure in the shower."

"VERY CLEAN! overall we enjoyed our stay very much at this condo. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Sheets appeared to be a bit small for the master bedroom as they kept coming undone. Master shower was AWESOME!! Couldn’t find a hair dryer so needed to call the office to get one from the apartment above us - ok. I think the only downfall was not having some sort of a closet or dresser/suitcase holder in the 2nd bedroom. LOVED how it was so close to downtown - we walked and shopped and easy access to Gloucester as well. Parking was great - very convenient and nice to have. I think the only suggestion I might have is to have a “guide book” which we did not see (if it was there). We would definitely come back again."

"Beautiful, unobstructed views of the ocean. Sounds of the waves came through our window and it was a pleasure to sit on the deck outside our window looking over the sea. Room decor was lovely. Parking was easy and safe"

"We enjoyed our stay and due to the weather extended it an extra night with no problems. There is no front desk service -- all communication with our hosts was done through text messaging, but they were quick to respond, and our room was made up daily. The room was lovely and very comfortable. No breakfast or food on site, but there are good dining options a short walk into town. Great location for exploring the waterfront and downtown Rockport!"

"We had a wonderful week's stay in The Bookstore. It was a lovely unit, conveniently located to the main street of Rockport and so clean and tidy. There is a spacious parking lot easily accessible for several cars. The unit is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is outfitted with anything you might need to cook meals, but you might be too tempted by the local restaurants to make too many meals. The beds are wonderfully comfortable and the unit was very quiet. We slept better at The Bookstore than we do at home! Hope to return soon."
