"Very lovely property, bedroom was great, everything was clean and comfortable! The only issue was that in order to watch anything on TV, one needed to have a Roku account, which we don't have. WE have other streaming services, but not Roku. So at the end of a long day traveling day, all's we wanted to do was sit and watch the local news, or maybe the local baseball team. That's our only issue. Other than that, we would stay there again!"

"Lovely old house that has become a beautiful inn. Walkable to downtown, train station, beach, terrific porch for outdoor afternoon relaxing. Our room “Wide Berth” was clean, spacious and bright, with two comfortable side chairs. Window ac unit was quiet and kept the room at just the right temp. Commin spaces were clean and well decorated."

"Check in and check out we’re very easy -able to be completed via phone. The hotel and room were beautiful and so clean. They had plenty of towels, make-up removal kits, and coffee supplies to share among 3 girls! Close walk into down-town area and across the street from the beach. Nice roof top area to enjoy sunsets!"

"This place was everything we hoped for-after renting many properties over the years on Cape Ann this was our all-time favorite! So comfortable with central air, which also was helpful in that the streets can be noisy at sometimes during the day, but with the window shut and the AC on, we couldn’t hear sound. We especially enjoyed the decks , the comfortable beds and tasteful decorating style. We have already booked for next summer.!"

"We had an amazing stay! The location couldn't have been better. The Orca is absolutely gorgeous and within walking distance of so many charming downtown restaurants, shops, and local attractions. It was the perfect home base for exploring everything the area had to offer. The rental itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described.If you're looking for a beautiful place to stay that's right in the heart of a vibrant downtown, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"

"My kids (10 and 12) and I really enjoyed staying here. The town is adorable and everything is within walking distance. The condo was easy to find and get into, with a cute view of the shops lining the street. The parking situation could be frustrating to some, but we live in a city without off-street parking so we’re used to it. The only day I chose to pay to park was when we went to the beach so I wouldn’t have to lug all of our stuff the whopping .3 miles lol. The rest of the time I parked for free on School street which was also .3 miles from the condo (opposite direction of the beach). There are a few things you should know before you go:•It’s a very old building and the floors are very wonky. Be careful if you aren’t sure footed, it kinda made me feel drunk.•The shower is so tiny! I’m 5’3/120 and it was tight for me, definitely couldn’t shave my legs in there.•The smell as soon as you enter the building is off putting, very old and musty, however the condo smells fine. I only say this because we drove 8 hours in the rain and traffic, and my first impression was “oh no”…. but it was all good once we got upstairs!All in all definitely worth the stay!"
