"I had a bad experience during my stay. When we arrived, the toilet in our room was already clogged. I called to the front desk to report the issue, but the staff member didn’t seem concerned and didn’t offer to move us to another room. Since I was traveling with my kids, this was very inconvenient and we had to keep going downstairs to use the restroom. A working bathroom is a basic necessity, and I expected better service. "

"The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. This location is convenient with a lot of shopping centers, restaurants, and attractions near. The building has a fresh smell but there were a few roaches that resided in the bathroom area, and someone should come spray to prevent these type of visitors in the future. "

"Some rooms are abit banged up and could use a light remodeling but overall very comfortable, clean with amazing staff. Best price for what we got in that area. I recomend"

"Paid extra for early check in and the sink was clogged there was no hot water and the iron was broken and had to switch it out. Don’t recommend staying here"

"Breakfast was not bad but i think the lady at the night desk during check in may have been pulling my leg when i asked how the Breakfast was she said its ok but on the weekends the Mexican lady makes beans and tortillas didnt see none of.that during the weekend. I domt know if she was beimg serious or just just saying that because i was Hispanic but other then that the room was clean. Wish the pool had the heater working "

"Hotel room stunk like a wet dog and cheap cologne. I purposely booked a gotel in that area with an indoor heated pool.. hesting for pool did not work.. neither did the hot tub."
