Ottimo compromesso per un’isola senza spiagge

Personale gentilissimo. Struttura in buone condizioni e con manutenzione regolare e attenta. Piscina fantastica. Si mangia molto bene. I ragazzi dell’animazione sono tutti molto bravi, gentili e mai insistenti. La posizione è ottima per girare l’isola e i servizi aggiuntivi ( escursioni, barca etc.) ben gestiti. Consiglio anche a chi non ama troppo i villaggi. Unica pecca l’eccessiva pressione per lasciare libera la stanza: ci era stato indicato come orario per il check out le 10.00 del mattino ma hanno iniziato a bussare più volte e ad insistere già dalle 8.30… questo decisamente se lo potevano risparmiare! Per il resto ci tornerei.

la posizione e' fantastica. Della struttura molto bella e grandissima la piscina (500 mq!!), pulitissima grazie alla continua presenza del bagnino (Gianni) a cui va un encomio per come viene tenuta ed anche per far rispettare le norme (cuffie, doccia etc). Il cibo abbondante e di qualita' sia a colazione che a cena. Addirittura compreso anche il vino bianco e rosso. Simpatica e non ossessiva l'animazione, e sempre molto disponibili. Alla direzione consiglierei l'acquisto di un "robottino" per facilitare e migliorare ulteriormente la pulizia della piscina, sono un esperto ed hanno un costo molto limitato. le camere sono pulite e funzionali, anche se abbastanza piccole. Forse l'arredo delle camere sarebbe da "modernizzare", il legno noce al mare non e' il massimo. Tuttavia il complesso e' molto bello ed il servizio in generale eccellente.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato al Suvaky dal 3 al 10 agosto 2019 ed il nostro giudizio complessivo è sicuramente molto positivo. In particolare abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia della struttura sia nelle aree comuni che della nostra stanza , la manutenzione del giardino e la gentilezza/disponibilità del personale ( reception , animazione , personale di servizio ecc ). Abbiamo apprezzato il servizio di ristorazione, eravamo in trattamento di mezza pensione , con una menzione particolare per il pasticcere , decisamente di alto livelllo. Unica nota stonata il bagno della nostra stanza , piuttosto piccolo e con un box doccia che andava sicuramente rivisto. In ogni caso consiglio questa struttura a chiunque decida di soggiornare in questa splendida isola.

Ottima posizione fra Pantelleria Porto/ Aeroporto e Scauri. Struttura curata negli edifici e negli spazi comuni. Stanza spartana e un po’ datata con qualita’ della biancheria da letto non all’altezza della struttura, in ogni caso comoda e fresca. Ottimo rispetto degli orari di silenzio e personale veramente ben organizzato e molto cordiale ed educato. Piano bar con pianista-cantante di alto livello. Animazione non invadente. Accesso al mare riservato non proprio agevole da raggiungere, ma bello e organizzato con comodi lettini e servizio bar su richiesta.

Pantelleria, isola selvaggia e incontaminata

L’isola ha un bellissimo mare e panorami stupendi. Purtroppo l’hotel è datato, camera non ristrutturata, la finestra del bagno ci è quasi caduta in testa, biancheria scadente e macchiata, cuscini macchiati e materasso scomodo. Abbiamo richiesto un cambio di cuscini, ma ci hanno risposto che erano tutti macchiati (alla fine li hanno avvolti in due federe). Piscina con molto cloro e il bagno va fatto con cuffia. Cibo ripetitivo, in quantità ma non qualità. Sorpresa alla fine vacanza, tessera club obbligatoria quindi 5 euro a persona al giorno. Le lenzuola e i teli mari non vengono mai cambiati in una settimana. Il personale alla reception molto gentile, in particolare Alessandra che ci ha accolti con molta simpatia e ci ha sempre consigliato con professionalità..
