Staff are great, guests have been good but this time the room smelt terrible.. unfortunately it smelt as if people had thrown up on the carpet.. possibly just the room we were in. Wasn’t like this last time.. will be looking elsewhere next trip."

"We loved NRMA Warrnambool. We only stayed one night but it has a great family friendly vibe. The outdoor pool looked like fun and the indoor one was like a bath. The cabin was spacious and clean with complimentary tea, coffee etc.. The staff were all friendly and helpful, but my favourite thing was the towel swan on the bed, a lovely touch🤓"
