This condo offers lots of amenities to include the following: 2 huge Lagoon pools with 1 indoor heated pool, multiple hot tubs inside and poolside, movie theater and media center with stadium type seating, arcade and fitness center. Onsite dining at Waves Bar and Grill and poolside Tiki bar. You can grab a cup of Starbucks coffee at Flip Flops convenience Store located on property. Also, his and her steam room and sauna and dressing area with showers. You are just a short walk to Pier Park for shopping and some great restaurants. Pay for use beach service when available and jet ski rentals nearby. Perfectly located with plenty to do.

**There is a separate registration fee from the resort that you must register for online prior to arrival at tidewater.com/hoa. The fee covers parking passes and wristbands. The early registration fee is $35 plus tax/credit card fee. There’s an extra $10 fee for registration on day of arrival.**

Smoking of any kind is STRICTLY PROHIBITED in any part of the unit INCLUDING THE BALCONY. ANY violations of these policies will incur a $500 deep cleaning fee, possible immediate eviction and denial of future rentals.
