* The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project (Sept 2025 - Jan 2026). Balcony restoration is scheduled for Unit 1208 from 11/26 - 12/8 . Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided.

The full, well-equipped kitchen, appliances, and breakfast bar are perfect for socializing or snacking. Guests of this vacation rental will also enjoy access to pools, a fitness center, hot tubs, tiki bar, game room and miles of soft sandy beach steps away.

This condo, located on the beautiful Emerald Coast, is just steps from the surf and sand. Cruise along Thomas Drive to discover several popular restaurants and local shops. Book a trip over to Shell Island through one of several local marinas where you can also arrange tours to swim with the dolphins. The most visited state park in the state, St. Andrews State Park, is just a short, 5-minute drive away from offering outdoor activities in a natural setting. And you`ll also find several family-friendly attractions like the Shipwreck Island Waterpark and all the shopping, dining, and entertainment options at Pier Park.

Amazing Property

The property looked exactly like the pictures and the property owner left us a cute set up on the bed for our honeymoon. We love staying at the summit but the room made it so much better. It was very clean and everything worked perfectly and it is such a beautiful renovated property.
