BALCONY IS NOW OPEN!!! Watch the dolphins from your balcony. The Sunbird condo is a wonderful place to enjoy a family vacation or a quiet romantic getaway. The complex offers 3 pools, lounge chairs fitness center, vending area, grilling area, new composite boardwalk where you can enjoy a leisure or sunbathe at the Gulf coast beach! This 1BR 1BA unit is fully furnished and has a well stocked kitchen. The Sunbird is situated right on the beach.

DUE TO CONSTRUCTION AT THE SUNBIRD RESORT ONE OR TWO OF THE POOLS MAY BE CLOSED UNTIL MID NOVEMBER . THERE MAY ALSO BE SOME CONSTRUCTION NOICE AT TIMES DURING NORMAL WORKING HOURS. PLEASE REACH OUT WITH ANY QUESTIONS!!! THANKS FOR UNDERSTANDING!!! CONSTRUCTION DUE TO BE COMPLETED IN JANUARY 2024.

The Sunbird is a two tower mid rise condo facility. The building is 12 floors with two elevators in each tower. Our unit has an amazing ocean view from the living area and balcony. This unit is located next to Pineapple Willy's and with in an easy walking distance to many restaurants and stores.

Guest may use all the condo amenities when they have paid the required $30 parking fee and $5 arm band per guest fee. The arm bands are monitored for the safety of the guest in the Sunbird complex.

Guest will sleep on queen bed in the bedroom, queen pull out sofa in living room and small foldout twin ottoman bed in living room suitable for children and small adults.

As this is a condo not a full service hotel guest are provided with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and dishwasher tabs. If guest are staying more than 2 to 3 days they may be required to bring additional supplies or purchase them locally.
