Welcome to Belleza at Sterling Reef Resort!! This 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath unit is located directly on the beachfront! Comfortably sleeps 6 (Occupancy standard is set at 6. No more than 6 guests allowed). Located on the 4th floor. (1st floor begins on the top of the 3rd story parking deck).

Guests are responsible for the payment of their parking registration ($50 + 2.99% processing fee) per pass.

Great place!

Cozy, clean, has everything you need. Could benefit from beach chairs and umbrella. Too expensive to rent - bench is $ 40 per day if you rent on the beach.

The property was located close to a lot of restaurants and the water park was within walking distance. We enjoyed our visit. The master bedroom bed was a little too high to get in especially for a 5’5” person. It was very comfortable!

We have stayed in PCB several times, Love the Sterling Reef! This condo was decorated beautifully, everything was clean, fully stocked, master bedroom mattress was the most comfortable we have slept on….even better than home!

Exceptional!

My family had a wonderful time and enjoyed the Sterling Reef 403 immensely. I loved not having to waste one minute checking in, the key pad on the door was awesome! It is a great location and the beach was beautiful!! Parking and the elevator was easy, too. No long waits or walks. We will definitely stay in 403 again!

This was a great condo. Right on the beach and views of the ocean from the balcony. Very clean and well furnished. Had one issue with the washing machine. Was fixed promptly. We will be back

This place was very nice! It was clean and had a beautiful view from the balcony of the ocean. They had everything we needed in the kitchen. We had a problem with the sliding glass door and a repair man was there the next morning and fixed it. He was very polite and pleasant. I would definitely go back.

The master bedroom needs an updated bed frame as it doesn't even fit the mattress. The unit needs ceiling fans. Overall we had a great time.

Condo is beautiful. I didn’t much care for the pests inside but. The alarms kept going off . It was just a lot of money on a room that we couldn’t fully enjoy ..This condo has a beautiful view of the pier .

Lovely Condo

Great location, wonderful condo, clean and nicely furnished. Only problem was getting repairs for balcony door and TV. The management did not follow up with us and we did not know for days what was going on. Poor communications, otherwise great time.
