Awesome property!!!

This condo was one of my absolute favorites and I have stayed in multiple different condo’s at the Regency Resort, the beds were comfortable, the condo was clean and had everything you could need, loved this place and would definitely rent from this host in the future!!!

Great place to stay

Location was was easy to get to. Room was nice & clean. Two big pools-one was heated, one was not. The pool bar had great food and drinks.

Cozy beach front

We’ve stayed at Regency Towers for almost 20 years and this condo has been our favorite yet! Ocean view, clean, comfortable beds and couch and rental included beach chairs which is a huge plus!

Tired property

The kitchen was well equipped. There were desone areas that needed attention. The front door would barely lock. Trial and error figured it out. That door was in bad shape. Looked like it may have been broken into. The showers had poor drainage. We notified the owner and no one came. I The ventilation needs attention . They did bring fans, but by then we had purchased one. The unit is 50 years old. So… well, there is that. We wouldn’t stay ah Gain.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Regency Towers!! The location was perfect, close to shopping and restaurants without being in the “touristy” area of PCB. Our unit was clean and well stocked with everything we needed! We met the owners, they were such a sweet couple! They offered advice and opinions on where to eat and things to do! I highly recommend this unit! Beach access was great, short walk down the steps to the sand. Bikini Bob’s had good food and drinks. If you’re planning a trip to PCB, check out this unit!!

Perfect unit

My family and I visit Regency Towers annually for our vacation. This is our first time staying in this particular unit and it fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms had comfortable beds, and the unit was clean. There were board games, beach towels, and a things to do suggestion binder. I prefer the 4th floor because occasionally there are elevator issues (there were several times this visit, not on the unit owners at all) and the 4th floor makes the store walkable. We would definitely book this unit again!

Beautiful vacation! What a view!

The condo was nicely decorated, clean, and just as described. Loved the view and the 2 beach chairs—made it very convenient. Loved having washer and dryer for beach towels and bathroom towels. It is a big complex so the 2 pools were nice to have. The 4th floor was nice cause you could take the stairs. Elevators had a wait—especially when you move in cause everyone is there around 4ish. We had a handicapped son and getting to pool and beach was easy.

Very clean with perfect view

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Regency Towers and it’s the perfect location. Great view from 4th floor. Fireworks were amazing from the balcony! Condo was very clean with all the amenities. 4th floor was perfect as we used the stairs alot since there are a limited number of elevators. Would definitely stay again!

Vacation Stay

I know Regency Towers has been in Panama City for many years. I’m guessing someone owns the condo we stayed in. The one thing I noticed while there was a lot of dust and lent in the laundry area which is understandable if using the dryer but could have been vacuumed up.

Great Week at the Beach!

This property is in a great location on PCB! The condo comes with free lounge chair and umbrella service which is great and a big money saver. The 4th floor was nice since I don’t do elevators. The pool decks were great and having Bikini Bobs on site was great! The owners were great and communicated very well. There were extra beach chairs, towels and nets for seashell hunting. We enjoyed the pool tables at the property. Overall our stay was fantastic! There were a couple things that could be improved but nothing major. 1. It would be nice to have curtains on the bedroom windows. There’s shades but they don’t keep the light out. 2. One of the beds in one of the bedrooms has a giant dip right in the middle. No one in our family could sleep on it. One of my kids slept on the couch. 3. Stairwells at the property were very dirty and the trash chutes smelled awful. Otherwise great beach vacation! Perfect For 4-6 People

The condo was spotless and was full of added little extras like extra "beach" chairs in the master bedroom closet! The A/C unit worked beautifully, which was much appreciated when we returned from a long day on the bike! There was really no negative thing to say about this property. The fact that it was on the 4th floor (instead of the 13th) came in pretty handy when the elevator went down (several times) during our weeklong stay. :-)

Perfect location. Love the two pool options including one heated plus the hot tub. Easy beach access with chairs and an umbrella set up and ready for us daily. Best stocked kitchen of any VRBO we have stayed at. No problems encountered during our stay. We will use them again!

Relaxation

My husband and I spent the week relaxing! Great condo everything we needed was there. 4th floor convenient to pool and beach. Loved not having to walk far to the beach. Tiki hut was a plus! Chairs on the beach was great! Bedrooms were huge! We will be back!

Impressed

Actually tried to book again in the same room for next year and it was booked and I was bummed! Very impressed with the condo. Very clean and very quiet. The staff was always working and resort was very well kept. My ONLY complaint would not even be a complaint, only a suggestion - put fans in for those who like the sound of a fan at night. Other than that I would recommend to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

Great place

This place is great! It is in a perfect location, oceanfront and the pools with the food place in the middle is fantastic. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to be back soon!

Mixed Feelings

The unit itself was accurately described and a nice place to stay as a family - plenty of space, clean and a beautiful beachfront view! Having the chairs/umbrella rental included was a wonderful bonus. However, the building overall is very dated, only 3 elevators for all of the units to share (when 1 wasn't reliably working) meant they were extremely slow, hot and crowded and the parking lot was terribly difficult to find a spot. Neighbors upstairs were noisy through the ceiling (although no fault of this unit) and outside noise went late into the night down by the pool.

Girls Trip

All was great except the HVAC unit was very loud and the filter nasty. We did contact the owner but never were able to connect. Yes, we totally enjoyed the stay.

Yearly Trip

My group of friends take this trip to PCB every year. This has been one of my favorite stays so far. It is a little bit towards the end of town so a lot less traffic but still close enough to be in reach. Also the dollar store across the road helped so much with last minute essentials!
