"Los Suenos Del Mar''  vacation home is Coastal Beach living at its finest! When you enter, you are immediately greeted by high end, well thought out, finishes with it's beautiful décor, one of a kind artwork, wood look tile flooring, and quartz counter tops. The kitchen enhances your luxurious living with an amazing chefs style five burner gas cook top, over-sized fridge, food pantry, full size dishwasher, large capacity washer and dryer and family size Farm Style dining table. The open living and dining areas have high 10’ ceilings with plenty of windows for a bright, spacious feel that makes Relaxing and Entertaining easy.There is a half bath on the first floor.  The Master suite offers a king-sized bed, double closet, a private master bath with double vanity and large shower. The second and third bedrooms offer a queen and queen over queen bunks, respectively. These bedrooms share a large bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Each Bedroom has its own TV.

"Los Suenos Del Mar''  is close to the resort style pool, and is just a short bike or golf cart ride to the scenic dunes and unspoiled beauty of nearby Deer Lake State Park and beach access. Complementary shuttle Memorial Day to Labor Day. Your Vacation Home is located in the town of Prominence which is a 30A hotspot, and offers the best resort lifestyle. The amenities included in Prominence are a 5,000 sq. ft. pool with cabanas and a community grilling area offering 2 large grills surrounding the poolside.  Enjoy your getaway experience at the outdoor amphitheater, shopping, or relaxing around the fireplace on the community screened porch.

We stayed at this property for four days as a girls trip! The location was perfect, and the house was so clean and well kept. Would highly recommend, and gladly stay at this property again.

Great location for family of kids at different ages. The Big Chill being across the street is a great place to eat, shop and hang out. The best beach access was Deer Lake Park because you can golf cart over and back and the ocean makes little wade pills too swim in!

Great property! Access to everything. The deer park beach access was gorgeous. Of course the access to the Big Chill was awesome. I highly recommend you rent the golf cart. Easy to get to pool, beach, the Big Chill. Also there were plenty of bikes to access as well. Neighborhood is nice and quiet at night. Pool was large and would be fun if the my heated all year.

Everything was exactly as described. Property was clean, location was great. We slept 7 people very comfortably. Family absolutely loved the vacation. Especially off season when everything wasn’t crazy crowded. Only issue we had was that the bridge to seaside is closed through early 2024. That turned what would have been a short golf cart ride into 25 minute car ride.

We were very disappointed with this particular rental. We come to the area 4-5x a year and love staying in Prominence community. However, this unit was not up to standards for the community. After checking in, we quickly noticed that the golf cart (which appeared to be on its last leg) had a tag that had expired a year earlier! The unit was not properly cleaned (especially bathrooms and rugs throughout house). Feet were completely black after walking through the house, dryer left black stains on our clothes, recliner in living room was broke, couch was dirty/cushions were nonexistent, garage in disarray, pots/pans dirty, and patio hasn’t been cleaned in quite sometime. Lastly, my 6 year old found a steak knife in the guest bathroom cabinet. I know it’s coming to the end of summer rental season, but quality should be the same year-round!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We cook a lot and the kitchen offered more amenities than we’re needed. We traveled with 3 kids and they enjoyed the ample supply of board games. We would definitely book this room again.

Excellent all-around. Perfect location to beaches and renting the golf cart from the owners is a must. Condo was stocked w everything you might need. We hope to be back in the future! *The only thing I might suggest is that at least a couple adult bikes be included IF the golf cart is also rented. You can rent bikes (which we did) across the street at the bike shop but just a suggestion to make the condo even better! Thank you!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Prominence. Our first time in the Panhandle and we loved the area and the beaches. Home is well equipped and the appliances, dishes and baking sheets etc. were much appreciated. Home was very clean and love the King bed!

The townhome is clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and well stocked. There were plenty of towels and blankets, as well as a lot of beach gear in excellent shape (chairs, toys, carts, boogie boards, etc). We brought our own beach gear but would have used theirs if not. The golf cart was great and I highly recommend renting that! We had so much fun and it also made getting to the beach with 5 people and lots of stuff a lot smoother. The location is so close to the hub and the Prominence pool. We took the golf cart to both, but it would have been a very easy short walk as well (even with kids). The only complaint I have is that we were not informed that painters would be painting the outside of our unit the entire week. All windows were blocked off with plastic, the outdoor patio was unusable because it was covered with ladders and paint gear, and we had to move our car from the driveway a couple times to accommodate the painters. Not being able to have any view to the outdoors was a huge downfall and I wish we were given warning and adjusted pricing to reflect that loss.

We go to 30a a lot and usually stay in this area, we love the Prominence it’s so close to everything and The Hub is right across the street. The townhouse was very nice and clean! Would definitely stay here again!

The home itself is decorated beautiful. Luxury towels and comfortable bedding. The home was perfect for four adults and two kids. It’s set up with the bedrooms upstairs so when someone got up in the morning or went to bed early it doesn’t disturb the others in the home. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs. Easy access to 30a bike trail and the hub for a quick bite to eat. Nice outside area for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. Lovely quiet setting. The pool area is also beautiful. We used the pool a bit but it would be nice if it were heated this time of the year. It was a quite cold.
