Sleeps 9 Oceanfront Penthouse End Unit, which makes it one of the quietest units in the building. It sleeps 9 with King Size Beds in both bedrooms, a Queen size sofa sleeper in the living room, and 3 Twin size beds in the bunk area. There are 2 Full Bathrooms and a large balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico that offers incredible views.

This recently renovated condo features updated bathrooms and bedrooms. Both bathrooms repainted and have new vanity cabinets, sinks and faucet fixtures. Master ensuite bath has a new slipper soaker tub. There is new vinyl plank laminate flooring in both bathrooms and both bedrooms. Both bedrooms were also repainted. There is a new sofa sleeper and loveseat in the living room. Updated pictures will be posted soon.

Guests are treated to a fully stocked kitchen so that cooking and serving are a (beach) breeze. You don't need to bring your beach chairs as the owner has stocked the closet with chairs and an umbrella.

Located just 1 mile west of Pier Park, it is an Ocean-Front Complex that has the Best Amenities of any Resort in PCB. There are two pools on-site, one being a walk-in pool that includes a kids Splash Zone and a snack bar. The other pool has a Large Tiki Bar right next to it. All pools have hot tubs next to them.

It doesn’t stop there! The complex has a Starbucks Coffee Shop and Deli, there is an indoor snack bar that has food and serves Eddy’s ice cream. The Sky Bar Cocktail Lounge spans over Front Street, connecting the complex to the parking garage, and offers the perfect opportunity to drink while singing Karaoke and people-watch. On-site, there are Hot Tubs, a sauna, a steam room, an arcade, and an outdoor game area that you don't find in other complexes. To top it off, a Bellman Service makes it a True Vacation Resort, not just a condominium complex.

We have a keyless entry system that allows you to reserve at the last minute. It also provides you, our guest, with added security.

This property was perfect for our beach trip! We had a few minor maintenance issues but they were addressed and fixed almost immediately! The property managers were super helpful and the entire complex was great! We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous View

This is the second time we’ve stayed here but first time on the top floor. Love the layouts of the condos and we seen lots of marine life. Remember to bring binoculars.

The location was perfect. It was larger than other condos we have stayed in. I'm assuming because it's a penthouse. I loved how big the kitchen was and all of the beach accessories they provided. The beds were also extremely comfortable. We are already planning our next trip back!

Roomy and Well Equipped Condo

We have stayed at both sides of this resort before and really enjoyed this condo. Lovely decor, comfy beds with additional blankets if needed. The kitchen was large, had a great shelved pantry and was well equipped with pots, pans, bakeware, plates, cups and cooking utensils. Lovely view from master window and balcony with large table for four and a chaise. Communication was very complete and easy to follow. Any questions we had answered quickly. I liked how close the elevator it was and away from the path of other rooms.

Overall great property

We stayed here for Fall Bike Rally. The place is great! They have trailer/truck parking in the rear behind the parking garage. We felt safe parking our Harley's in the garage (although our neighbor had his bike stolen from the 1st floor near the entrance). Our only issue was the sliding doors. They were impossible for a woman to open! So everyone had to use the bedroom door to access the porch.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this condo for 8 nights. We had an issue on our 2nd day with the washer overflowing, but by day 3 we had a brand new unit installed so that was nice. Overall the condo was very nice and comfy. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. There was hair in tubs and showers and the jets were pretty gross in the second bath. But aside from that we were very comfortable here. I would recommend this unit. The view is spectacular. We saw sea turtles, dolphins, schools of fish and endless stingrays. I was worried being so high would make it to where we couldn't see what was swimming around, but it was quite the opposite. We got to see so many things we couldn't have if we had been low like we usually prefer.

January 3 - 28

My wife and I arrived at this property on January 3rd. We had booked the property back in September of 2021. We began to become concerned about what kind of shape the property was going to be in upon our arrival, after reading the last two reviews. I will address those concerns about this property. Understand, my wife and I are both borderline OCD! To begin with, everywhere you go businesses are suffering from the lack of help. So the cleaning staff for Emerald Resort is no exception. They clean the best they can with the time allotted! We (the renters, want to get in as early as we can). That said, the condo needed some deep cleaning. We got busy that Tuesday and started cleaning house. This was our first time to spend a month in Florida., so just like being home, we clean! The jacuzzi tub had the water turned off, because of an issue with a leak. Bob, the property manager gave us a call on Tuesday afternoon, and asked about sending a plumber to check out the issue. It turned out not to be a leak from the tub, but the shower head tube was leaking. With that replaced, they turned the water for the tub on and my wife used the tub the entire month. Bob called or texted several times that week to make sure everything was okay with the property! He was very polite and caring! Gary

They brought us extra towels and washcloths, but we were unable to wash or dry any dirty laundry. Considering the amount of money I spent for a week I feel I should be compensated more than a few towels.

Beautiful views!!!

This place had the most beautiful views! Waking up in the master bedroom, there is a panoramic view of the ocean from the bay window all the way to the balcony. The double sliding glass doors to the balcony, from the living room, opens up to a large area overlooking the beach and ocean. It was quiet and peaceful with just the sound of the waves and wind. Nice kitchen. Both bathrooms have amazing bathtubs with one having jets. Very spacious, clean, and overall wonderful place to stay. We had a really great time and will return.

We love Emerald Beach

We love Emerald beach and stay here every year. This is the first time booking through Emerald Coast Destinations. I would not recommend them at all and be leary of this condo. The condo looked beautiful I booked back in March of 2024 for Aug 2024. 3 days before check-in I received a phone called from Emerald Coast Destinations telling me the owner of the condo no longer wanted to rent it for that week. I was absolutely livid that they even allowed this to happen just days before we were set to arrive! Thank goodness they had another unit available, but it ended up being awful and the beds and furniture were so ran down and uncomfortable.... It was awful! I called the management company at least 5 times asking to be compensated for the inconvenience of it all. I left messages everytime with an actual person and never once heard back from the propertuy manager! This condo may be gorgeous and comfortable, I wouldn't know because the owner didn't allow my husband, three children and I to stay! Be leary of this condo and company they may cancel on you with very little notice!

Owner pulled Condo from rental.

Never got to stay here, The Monday before checking in on Sat. I was notified by Emerald Coast Destinations that our reservation had been cancelled due to owner decided to remodel this condo. We were assigned to another condo which was nice but was no where close to where we wanted to stay which was an added expense because we had to Uber to all the locations we usually walk to. We did have some complications at the other condo we were assigned to as far as the chair rental that was to come with the unit was not paid by the owner so we only were able to use the chairs two days out of the seven.
