The Boardwalk is always one of our favorite stays. Elevators work great, beach is never overly crowded. My only complaint is on our last night someone thru a soda can from their balcony & we were eating down at the bar and grill and that really shook us and scared us and unlocked a new fear. Other than that, everything was great!

COMFORTABLE VACATION

We had a great time at the condo. The condo was clean (except for having to wash the sheets on the pullout bed in the extra room), and all appliances worked well. The location is GREAT! Friendly security staff. Wonderful pool and outdoor mini restaurant. Elevators were fast so we didn’t have to do a lot of waiting.

Panama City beach condo

Everything was great but the only complaint I have is cleaning. When we checked in we found trident gum wrappers all over the condo which questioned the cleanliness of the condo with our group. Also red wine cup ring on one of the bath tubs. Cleaning crew could have done better. For the cleaning fee we were charged at booking I would expect the whole place to be clean even with the short turnaround time. Location and set up were great. Enjoyed our trip and stay. When I had questions property management was quick to respond.

Penthouse

Far from penthouse! Kitchen only had 3 spoons. Very little useful in kitchen, not even cutting board! Needs some TLC! Should be stocked for # people staying, not near enough towels. Also asked for assistance with safes to no avail. Trying to be responsible for valuables isn’t possible without safes!

Family Vacation 2024

We loved this property as it had everything we needed and it was in the ideal location. There were lots of beach toys and floats provided and the large balcony was amazing. The kitchen was almost fully stocked; the only thing missing that my family uses almost daily was an air fryer. The only complaint I had is that we couldn’t figure out how to lock any of the interior doors (bedrooms, bathrooms), and I really think the locks were just worn out, but we just made everyone aware and we all tried to knock before entering any rooms, which was a little difficult with kids and teens who like to barge in unexpectedly; but it worked out and was fine. The balcony door to the living room was extremely hard to open and close, but I’m sure that can be contributed to the sand/salt that accumulates. Although we were on the 22nd floor, we never had any issues waiting for an elevator and they were quick and easy to use. My father in law is also bound to a wheelchair and the extra space in the condo made it easy for him to maneuver. I do wish it had one bathroom that was handicap accessible with toilet bars and a roll in shower, but we had a wonderful week with my family of 11, and we would definitely book again!!!

Family vacation

Stay was fantastic. A couple of condo issues - tv in king bedroom did not work, couch could be updated, and sliding glass door had a film on it (came and took pictures right away). We stayed for 7 nights and had a great time. Great location, steps from ocean, nice beach hut restaurant/bar.

Boardwalk Penthouse 2211

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my third year staying at the Boardwalk, and once again, it didn’t disappoint.The property is fantastic, with an excellent location. The rental offered great views and was comfortably furnished. There were just a couple of minor issues when we arrived—one of the cabinet doors was hanging loose, and a closet door wouldn’t close properly. Thankfully, I’m handy with a screwdriver and was able to fix them easily. There were also some coffee grinds left in the coffee maker, but that was a small issue. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and my son and four grandsons thoroughly enjoyed our stay.The property itself is beautifully maintained, with a lovely pool, and the beach is just a few steps away.I’m already looking forward to returning next year!

A Boardwalk Disappointment

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me start by saying- I LOVE the Boardwalk complex itself. But ... our Unit 2211 was a huge disappointment. Immediately upon entry we noticed the A/C in the efficiency suite was not working. I called Management, on Saturday, Sunday,Monday and Tuesday. Finally Tuesday evening the repairman came to look and of course a part had to be ordered and Thursday would be the earliest for it to be repaired. Our friends left because they could not tolerate the heat in the room. We left Saturday- A/C still not working.Now to go back to or arrival- went thru all the cabinets in kitchen to make sure we would have utensils, pots, pans and other dishes to use for the meals would planned to have. Well, guess what only glasses for our tea at lunch and dinner was Wine and Champagne glasses. Not appropriate for a 7 and 10 yr old to be handling. There were 1 large and 2 small plastic cups. Also no pitcher for tea. So along with our groceries we had to purchase glasses for 12 people and a pitcher. Now onto the room itself - technically I would say it's clean enough for someone who does not have to live there for the week. Cosmetically- busted doors, broken furniture, trim pieces missing, master shower leaked terribly flooding bathroom floor during each shower. We started putting stacks of towels down to soak up water when showering. The sofa looked like something a Fraternity picked up on side of road and took back to Frat house. The entire unit needs a Major refresh. Efficiency unit had 1 fork, 2 spoons and a plate . That's it. Good thing we were all together so the efficiency suite was not trying to make meals with their limited supplies.As I said the Boardwalk complex is wonderful, well maintained and cared for. Just don't stay in unit 2211.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was not properly maintained. The owners of this property need to put money into it to fix it up. Several towel racks were broken, the sliding glass door to deck needs to be replaced as it was hard to open. We had to call maintenance twice before the door was fixed enough to where we could open it easily. The safe was locked and we couldn't get into it to store our valuables. Some doors were patched up. The living room sofa needs to be replaced. Only the TV in the living room worked properly. We had to guess how to use the other bedroom TVs. The master spa wasn't a spa, just an oval tub. The water knobs were broken and you had to make sure that they were in the correct position so that the water wouldn't drip.

Nice Location - Updates Needed

This property was in a great location and wonderful view of the ocean and sunset. The elevators are fast, which is a big plus! It accommodated our family of 6 adults, two 4 year old's, two 2 years old's, and two 9 month old's nicely. This unit does need some updating and better cleaning crew. First off, the towel bar in the large suite was laying on the window sill when we got there. I feel like the main tile area had not been mopped in a while & just swept. Whenever we would have to wipe up water from the floor, the dirt from the floor was black. The utensil drawers have sand & crumbs in them. The refrigerator ice machine does not work. The middle bedroom with the king bed, right side squeaks terribly when just trying to get out of it. You have to take the closet door off the hinge to open the dryer door. The large suite stays humid and the vents need cleaned in that room and in the hallway. The front bedroom seemed to be okay and the bed soft. The small bedroom is small, but we just had a playpen in that room and not anyone else. Every toilet flushed well and showers drained well. The kids pool was operating, but there were somethings that looked like needed worked on, but did not stop the kids from having a blast. The big pool was nice, but I feel a little overboard on some of the rules, but I understand. The one rinse off shower leading up to the pool from the beach, was not working. My overall rating is a 3.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was great, overall. The space was very good for the 10 guests we had (really 9, one extra stayed 2 nights). The views of the beach were excellent and the location was very close to all shopping and restaurants. We did have an issue with the up-front condo and entry room (very small one) not cooling very well. It got a little warm in these areas at times but was better if the bedroom doors were left open - inconvenient. The blender in the kitchen does not work and should be discarded. I would definitely consider staying here again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cleaning crew/person didn't do a good job. Kitchen was not well stocked with dishes, pots, pans. There was one kitchen towel and one dirty one left in the cabinet. Some dishes in cabinet were dirty. Dishwasher didn't work (would not release detergent). Air conditioner in breakout room started working intermittently with two days left in my stay. Ice maker in freezer didn't work. One of refrigerators drawers was stuck. Pocket door between bathroom and wash room was off tracks and couldn't be used. Towel bar by tub was ripped out wall. Handle on garden tub in one of rooms was not secure and came off. Overall love PCB, love Boardwalk, but did not love this room and will not rent it again. For the price we paid we expected better than this.

Many issues

First off, no complaints with building. Pool area and parking are really nice. We arrived late so should have been clean. Many issues as soon as we arrived. Sand in the beds Broken doors (hanging) specially the bathroom so that was a fight the whole week, some locks didn’t work. Kids sticky toy stuck to kitchen ceiling. Dirty pans in the oven. Toilet seat was cracked. Shower rod keep falling so it would rip the paint. The bedroom with the queen bed is to small for a couple with no closet or storage. Dirty marks on the wall. Towel rack was broken Emailed and sent pictures but no action was taken to fix things. Would stay at the resort again but not this unit. Needs TLC

Our condo was never apparently cleaned before check in. Sun flower seeds all over the floor, cereal and crumbs on kitchen counters, large dead roaches scattered throughout the condo, master bed had dead bugs and what appeared to be clumps of pubic hair still in it. There was no way the sheets had been washed. The floor was covered in sand. Curtains looked like they had blood all over them in the living room. Living room furniture was small, dirty and very worn. The sofa felt like you were sitting on a wooden box. Definitely needs to be replaced. Master bath handle was sitting on the side of the tub. Tv never would work. Master shower was covered in black mildew around the caulk. Mattress was terrible and covered in urine stains. I spent our first night cleaning someone else’s mess and washing all of the sheets and comforters. Property manager finally had someone come clean on our second day, but I had already cleaned most of it. They took the pillow cases and we never got them back. I messaged with no response back. I had to go buy pillow cases. Overall I would say this was probably the dirtiest condo we have ever stayed at. The boardwalk resort was nice and I would recommend it. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this particular unit to anyone EVER.

The place was dirty. A lot of things were broken like the door the lamp the knob to the tub and AC in the lock out room worked half the time. The kids were not allow to pass a ball in the pool or splash. The kids couldn’t have fun in the pool the work out room was for owners only. The ice machine didn’t work and die the money we had paid with all these things. Very very disappointing. I would not recommend anyone to go there.

Perfect vacation home

This condo/pent house was absolutely stunning. There was enough room for everybody and nobody was stepping on top of one another. We had a group of 4 adults 2 teenagers and 2 children and the entire place was beautiful. There was enough amenities for everybody to use complete with washer and dryer so that we could keep all of our clothes clean and return home with clean clothes it. Came fully stocked with dishes as well as toys in the closet for the kids to play with beach chairs so we didn't have to buy any. This place was above and beyond our expectations.
