Perfect stay

A friend and I booked a very quick getaway and Cynthia helped us make the absolute most of it! She is flexible, easy to communicate with, and so helpful. The condo is bright and cheery, offers a beautiful view, and is steps away from the skyway bridge. We keep coming back to Emerald Beach due to location and value, and Cynthia’s place takes the cake. Thank you for making our trip perfect!

Beautiful beachfront view

Property was beautiful with lots of amenities, condo was well stocked, clean and smelled great. Cynthia was very friendly and I loved how easy she was to contact. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely perfect!

This unit was absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect, right on the 3rd floor, close to all the amenities the resort has to offer. The property manager is wonderful, so easy to communicate with! The bed is so comfortable and the room is stocked with anything you could possibly need for your stay. This is our new favorite property!

Will ask for this unit again. So easy to get in and out very convenient. Unit was beautifully decorated and very clean. Location was excellent. Everything about this place was top tier.

Mother Daughter trip.

We had a nice time. We’re not around here so when tropical/ hurricane came about we decided to leave for home. It was sad but our life is more important. We missed out 4 more days. The owner checked up with us when we got home and she is going to let us makeup our loss days. We appreciated her doing this even thou she didn’t half to. Very niece condo and Cynthia is very sweet.

Great family getaway

We had a very nice time. The condo is as described in the listing and VERY, VERY clean. Cynthia was very easy to communicate with from the time we started considering this condo, to booking it, and throughout our entire stay. I do think it’s important to mention that while the listing says no elevator wait, if you have anyone in your group that uses a wheelchair, like we did, then you will have to use multiple elevators to get around the building especially when parking isn’t available on the third floor. This wasn’t a huge deal, and we would stay here again, but I think it’s important to make note of this.

Baseball at the beach

Our stay was great the only complaint was it was very noisy at night and first thing in the morning. The room is close to bar and singing so that couldn't be helped. all in all, great. Thank You .

Beautiful Ocean Front

The condo was as described and the pictures are accurate. The condo was the perfect size for me and my wife. The bedroom was much larger than most one bedroom condos that we have rented over the years. Communication with Cynthia was easy, pleasant and she always quickly responded. We had a small plumbing issue our first day and Cynthia had the issue corrected right away. The view from the balcony, living room and kitchen is beautiful. We were thrilled that Cynthia had a bar high table and chairs on the balcony. It was very nice having beach chairs and umbrella provided not to mention the chairs were very comfortable. Thank you, Cynthia, for sharing your condo with us. We had a great, relaxing week in Panama City Beach.

Beautiful and clean condo

We loved staying at this condo! Beautifully decorated, clean, spacious. The ocean view was stunning. Stayed here with our 3 small children, and they really enjoyed the kids pool! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful!

We had an amazing get away! Room was clean and everything as described! Even has beach towels, beach bags, chairs etc. to use if needed! Will for sure stay here again in the future!

Last Minute Getaway

My kids and I decided to take a last minute trip to the beach. We booked this condo and it was perfect! The location is amazing! Plus, there are so many delicious food options within walking distance! The included beach chairs were so nice to have each day! We absolutely loved our time here and definitely plan to rent again in the future! Cynthia was an incredible host! We had a small issue with the air unit and she had someone to us within minutes to have it fixed! Very impressed!

Amazing vacation

The condo was beautiful and clean and right on the beach. Didn’t have any trouble with elevators or navigating through the condo. Our host, Cynthia, was in communication with us the entire time and willing to help with anything or answer questions. The view from the condo was unbeatable. Will definitely be coming back and using Cynthia again!
