Overall as a family, we enjoyed our stay! The area is lovely, and the condo is clean. It was lacking in some basic tools (no oven mitts, and only one burner on the stove adequately worked), but I chalked this up to basic wear and tear. Honestly, it's not something that would derail our vacation because we came to have fun. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. If you like your space-I would not encourage more than 4 people in the condo. While there is a pull out couch, I imagine it would be like Tetris to move the furniture to accommodate the pull out. I was nervous about the complaints regarding the dryer not working, and was relieved when it did work. However, I think the vents need to be cleaned as it took a while to dry clothing. We were very excited to use the golf cart. Unfortunately, it needs work. The tires are wearing, and the steering is not adequate to be used on 30A. Overall, we did not feel safe driving it on the road. I want to point out that these issues did not upset our stay. We were enjoying our vacay. What did upset our trip, is our interaction with My Vacation Haven. The keypad for the door stopped working one evening. What could have been a mild irritation (with an easy fix), turned into a total sh** show. 3 hours and a locksmith later, we had access at 11PM. Positive and professional communication is not hard. That is all we expected, and it was not given. I would not encourage you to rent this condo if My Vacation Haven is still managing it.
