Welcome to The Rose Coral House, a colorful yet cozy beach home, ONLY 5 minutes from the beach! Tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, it’s the perfect home base for exploring everything our city has to offer. We created this space to blend comfort, relaxation, and the vibrant energy of Panama City Beach, and we hope every guest who stays with us feels right at home!

ℹ️ GOOD TO KNOW:
→ This is a two-story home. Most bedrooms are upstairs (except the primary or master suite). All living areas, including the game room, are on the first floor.

→ Parking: Two-car garage available, plus driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles.

→ Pool Details - There is a segmented off portion that is a kiddie pool that looks like a hot tub, but please there is NOT one. The pool is not heated, but this is honestly not needed (you'll want it to be cold & refreshing from the FL heat!). The pool is serviced a few times a week, so it’s normal to see a service technician during your stay.

→ Celebrating a special event...bachelorette party, birthday party, proposal, etc.? We have partnered with several local vendors to offer you services at discounted rates. Upon booking, let us know what you are celebrating and looking for and we will connect you!

→ Supply Starter Kit - We provide a few essential items for guests to utilize. If more supplies are needed, there are several grocery stores nearby like Walmart and Publix to purchase additional items. Supplies Include: Dishwasher pods(5), dish soap, hand soap in each bathroom, laundry pods(5), trash bags(5), and paper towel rolls(2). Each bathroom has amenities including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided. We also provide a starter amount of coffee pods, coffee grounds, coffee filters, tea, and sugar.

→ Towels - We provide 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per guest, along with 1 hand towel for each bathroom and several kitchen towels per stay. We also provide 1 beach/pool towel per guest.

→ House Rules:
✦ No parties or events are allowed. Only the approved number of guests are allowed at all times.
✦ No smoking or vaping indoors.
✦ Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM, per local noise ordinances.

→ Security Deposit - After booking, guests will complete a quick pre-arrival agreement and a refundable $400 hold will be placed on your card prior to check-in. If there is no damage to the unit, nothing missing, or excessive cleaning required, the hold will be released within 7 days after your stay.

→ Security Camera: For your safety and awareness, there is one exterior security camera located at the front of the home. It is used for security purposes only.
