This secluded Old Florida oasis spans eight miles of natural coastline along a narrow beach peninsula. Alligator Point offers unspoiled beaches, fabulous fishing, unsurpassed wildlife viewing and absolute tranquility.

Angler's “W” is a stunning 5-bedroom 3.5 bath custom home offering something special for the whole family!

Positioned in a prime spot on Alligator Harbor, the deep-water dock makes boating a breeze. Low tide exposes a sandy shore, perfect for lounging in the sun while keeping your feet cool in the water.

Underneath the house is large picnic table seating and a spacious and private outdoor shower for spraying off the salt, plus a convenient half bath.

Upstairs you'll find an ample wraparound deck, shaded and well furnished.

Designed for indoor-outdoor living, the open floorplan and windows galore make sure nobody misses out on the action or the views.

The main living level features a beautiful kitchen with bar seating, comfortable couches, TV and a fireplace. The dining area seats 8 and allows conversation to flow freely throughout the space.

On this floor there is one primary bedroom with king sized bed and en suite full bath, plus a half bath accessed from the living space.

A second living room is on the top level, with day beds for lounging, TV, and a quiet reading nook overlooking the bay. Gorgeous vaulted wood beamed ceilings and a wall of windows afford plenty of natural light.

There are two bedrooms with jack and jill baths on each side of the living space, totaling 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths on this floor. With two queen beds, and 4 twin beds, the top level is a great layout for two families traveling together.

Excessive laundry or cleaning time will be charged to credit card on file. Leave loose keys on the kitchen counter, lock all windows and doors and lock the door you are exiting with the lockbox key.

Family 50th Getaway

We went as adult siblings with our parents who were celebrating their 50 th anniversary. This location was perfect for us. We had everything we needed. The house was great. We had to be creative with the rooms since we had 5 couples and two of the rooms have twin beds, one with bunk beds.

Wow! Exceeded expectations - will be back!

This home was the perfect spot for our annual family reunion! We usually stay on the Gulf side, but after staying in this home, I believe we will rent on the Harbor again. The views are just gorgeous, and the area was so peaceful and quiet. We loved keeping our boat in the water, and the older folks and small kids loved fishing right from the dock. The house has everything we needed for a week at the beach, and the stargazing and sunsets were unbeatable.
