「Arrived after a long flight from Australia at 1.30am. The gates were closed and the place was in darkness. Our taxi driver tried ringing and banging on the gates but to no avail. We had to go to another hotel and pay slot more. Not happy about this.」

「We wanted a place to unwind after a long day's travel, and Nico's was perfect. Possibly our favourite pool ever, with infinity views over the lagoon and birdlife. Local area is safe and friendly, but not touristy at all. Lovely staff, great food (not quick, but worth the wait). Brilliant start to our holiday, my wife already wants to go back.」

「　空港に比較的近いので、このホテルを選びました。 　チェックイン当日、国際線の到着が数時間も遅れた上に、空港から乗ったタクシーのドライバーが道に迷い、ホテルへの到着が深夜２時を過ぎてしまいましたが、スタッフの方は親切に対応してくださいました。 　ただ、翌日、シーギリヤのホテルへ移動するために、タクシーを事前にお願いしたのですが、後から考えると、かなり料金が高かったことを未だに後悔しています。 　ホテルそのものの滞在や、スタッフの対応については、満足しています。」

「価格に対して快適度はよくなかったと思う。 隣の建物が建設中のため、（早朝や深夜時間帯でも）部屋の中でも工事音がうるさい。 建物内へ入ったとき、塗料か薬品のようなにおいが鼻についた。 予約済みにも関わらず、部屋にはいれるまで時間がかかった。 」

「部屋は広く、快適です。ただし、スタッフの対応が良くないです。部屋にタオルが一つもなかったり、ポディソープを使いきっても補充がないです。頼んだり、ポディローションを持ってきたり、フロントも含めスタッフの教育をもっとすべきだと感じます。」
