"Great hotel, it is gorgeous!
Rooms are beautiful and comfortable, public areas look like a palace, really beautiful. All the staff are doing their outmost to make you feel welcome. The concierge Julian and Esperanza, are exceptionally nice, but all of them were nice and polite.
The only reason I gave 4 star your of 5 is the breakfast; was impressed with the breakfast buffet, and considering that it is not a big buffet, I find it very strange that apart of the scrambled eggs that are there, any other egg style you want, is an additional amount of money.
I have never seen this before in any others hotels.
I think they should change it.
Because of that, I did not have the buffet, and on my second day, I decided not to have breakfast there at all.
Hope to stay again, but will not have breakfast until they change this strange practice."
