A good centrally based hotel. Helpful and welcoming staff and good food/breakfast. Ample facilities for a hotel when on business.

Clean, take cash for services
Hotel is very clean and staff are helpful, but with limited English. No restaurant, but room service available for dinner. However, only cash accepted for room service, or laundry. Breakfast buffet had a good selection. Exercise facility could use a little attention. Very small and no AC running unless you turn it on yourself. Wifi rarely worked in the room

Worst hotel experience I have ever had.
Checked in around 4 pm. Had booked 2 rooms but they were not near each other. Was advised that if I wanted them side by side we would have to wait 20 mins. We chose to wait, after more than 1 hour waiting was told it would take another 15 mins because housekeeping hadn't been advised to clean the room that wasn't clean. When we finally got our rooms they were not side by side. Had dinner at the hotel that evening and our waiter couldn't speak or understand any English .Very little on the menu was available. The Next morning I was advised by one of the male reception workers that I had to pay my hotel bill as Expedia doesn't pay them. I said I would pay when I checked out. That same afternoon my Indonesian son was told to remind me that I had to pay my account. The 3rd night received a phone call from reception at 9:15 pm reminding me again about paying the account. The 2nd night my Australian son order a burger and fries from room service. It was delivered by the same waiter from the restaurant and it was dead cold and not covered. Reception rang and asked if I wanted to cancel the order, I told them no I wanted the food hot and to please do not reheat in a microwave. Was told the order would be remade. It arrived about 5 minutes later and had been reheated in a microwave. Not nice eating burger and chips heated in a microwave. Our saving grace was we spent very little time at the hotel. Dirty cups and glasses were left unwashed by housekeeping each day.
