「The room was clean and comfortable and there was a fan in the room so it didn’t get too hot. The host spoke good English which was really helpful and the family were friendly and welcoming. 「From the black mould around my sink in my room, to a restaurant patio covered with 7 or 8 dirty tables and no other patrons around for over an hour, to them lying in their Expedia listing saying they offer an area shuttle and a FREE airport shuttle - this place was horrible to stay at and I never will again. 「This hotel surpassed our expectations. First up, it costs half of some of the other competitors in the area but is absolute excellence. The building and rooms feel spotless and clean. But more importantly the staff was beyond exceptional.
