「The room itself was clean, but unfortunately, the rest of the property was not. The pool seemed to have an excessive amount of bleach or chlorine, and the general areas were not very clean. Customer service was also very poor, which made the overall experience disappointing. The room was the one positive part of the stay, but the cleanliness of the common areas and the customer service need significant improvement.」

「スタッフの方は、親切です。 カジノを満喫したかったのですが、タバコの匂いと煙で、できる状況ではなかった。スロットの機械も、ボタンを押すところが、タバコの灰だらけで、不潔でした。スタッフの方にお願いして掃除してもらいましたが、掃除も追いつかないほど、タバコを吸っている方が多いです。小さいカジノですから、ぜひ、禁煙にしてください。」

「エアコンは停めても止まらなかった。 部屋は清潔だがタバコの匂いがすごい 治安は良さそう シャワーカーテンはすごいタバコ臭でシャワーの時絶望した 湯船があるので湯に浸かりたい人はいいのかも。」

「スタッフの対応がよかった。部屋、施設共に綺麗。電子レンジ、冷蔵庫あり。コーヒーはデカフェとノーマルコーヒーは24時間オフィスに行けば飲みました。」

「When I tried to fill the bathtub with hot water, the hot water came out of the shower (upper) even though I had switched the valve to the bathtub (lower). I think the switching valve is broken. The room was clean and everything else was good.」
