「Property seemed well cared for. It was located in very close to historic markers, grocery stores and downtown area. Rooms were spacious. Kitchen had what was needed for a short stay. The AC units worked well, but leaked forming puddles. Host provided personal number at check in for immediate contact of needed.」

「walking distance to all the shops downtown. Lovely property.」

「We absolutely loved this property! We came up for a wedding in the area thinking we would have more time to enjoy it. So we will definitely have to come back! Charles was amazing! He checked on us frequently making sure we didnt need anything. We finally had some free time Monday morning si he took us out on his boat and gave us a tour of the lake. We so enjoyed it. I cannot wait till we can come back!」

「Our second stay. Love this Cabin!」

「We had such a great stay at this lake house after picking up our son from a week at Camp Grady Spruce. The home is beautiful, thoughtfully laid out, and has so many spaces that made it perfect for our family. We loved playing board games upstairs in the evenings, sipping coffee on the second-floor deck each morning, and spending hours down at the dock taking in the incredible lake views. Every part of the property felt designed for making memories together. Two thumbs up for an amazing weekend...

「Property was just what we were looking for. Great getaway and still close to DFW. Brad was fantastic with quick communication!」

「tiny homes are new to me so I didn't know what to expect. We wanted to go someplace out of the metroplex to see the stars on a moonless night. The interior was attractive, efficient and kitchen was well stocked with the basics. Beds were comfortable. Everything was arranged so we didn't have to step around furniture. There was a fire pit outside with four chairs. The drive up the gravel road presented no problems. We saw roadrunners and jackrabbits and a lot of hawks and buzzards. ...

「Having access to the boat dock on a busy Holiday Weekend was worth all the money. Would stay here again for sure.」
