The space is brand new! Appliances are high-end, and the space is very comfortable. Nice touches like robes in the bathroom, really nice linens, nice soaps. The setting is peaceful and quiet. Getting in was easy, instructions were clear. We would definitely stay again.

Thank you for letting us stay literally a 1/2 mile from our daughter's 50th birthday party in Palo Cedro!I'm really hoping you can answer my #1 question: What brand of dryer sheets do you use?!!! We absolutely loved the scent and want to find it! (One of the little sheets had stayed hidden in a dish towel, and THAT'S how I knew!) Please let me know...really!Here are a few more comments for you to ponder:1-The TVs were far to techy for me, but my husband loves a challenge...and appreciated your help with the router!2-We LOVED the LG Studio appliances!!!and know that you're still "stocking" your little place with the "essentials"! Here are a few of our observations: pot holders, spatula, (we brought & left) plastic wrap and foil, pot for pasta....! Before I forget-We found (and threw away) an open bag of rice in one of the cupboards.3-The bathroom is so pretty! We're in our 70s, so it was a BIG step to get into the tub...especially when there were no grab bars or rubber mat. We found no washcloths, and the TP HAS TO BE KEPT IN A DRAWER...not in an inaccessible cupboard )o: (I put a roll in a drawer!)4-The bedroom...neither of us liked the foam on the bed, and both of us wished ALL the windows/doors had curtains! There really was very little privacy. Which reminds me: I took a couple of peeks at your absolutely beautiful Christmas tree. It made me homesick for growing up in Berkeley!5-My biggest disappointment...we didn't get to meet the little donkeys.Thank you. mkm

The guest house is beautifully decorated and very clean. As a woman staying by myself, I felt very safe. The property is very quiet. I slept like a baby. Check in was easy and the host, Jamie, was very quick to respond. I would definitely stay there again.

I selected this location for its exceptional country feel and proximity to Palo Cedro. Property is tree lined, well lit with little to no street noise or traffic with security and privacy never being a concern. Initial contact with the host was professional with all of questions or concerns answered. This was a very pleasant stay and I would diffidently stay here on my next visit.
