"Our host Rosita, had excellent communication skills and showed concern for our comfort. The place was spotless and stocked well with beach chairs, towels, kitchen utensils and cookery. It was great having the ability to do laundry prior to leaving as well. The location was central to the east side of San Juan and an easy drive to an awesome beach in laquillo, rain forest in ceiba, sailing out of Fallardo and great places to eat all along the way. I would highly recommend this stay."

"I loved the stay, the pool was right outside the patio area, the room was clean. I really appreciated the small touches like the wine bottle and the large legos for the kiddos. Something I really appreciated was sharp cooking knives! Because I like to cook when I travel and sometimes sharp knives are a detail that is missed; but not with this property. Also there is a soaking tub in the bathroom which was a wonderful surprise. 10/10 for sure! "

"This place was awesome!! Great, safe community - very clean and beautiful. We had our two daughters with us (11&12) and they were able to play outside and in the pool just steps away from our patio. The apartment itself is very clean and stylish. They have some amenities available like sunscreen, bug spray, aloe, etc which was a nice bonus! Beds are comfortable! GREAT communication with the owner! Always quick and thorough in responses. Overall, this is a wonderful rental. (We wish it came with a golf cart even for an extra fee! LOL!) We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your place with us! "
