「As the first guests here we were blown away by the new suites and facilities. Beautiful rooms, spacious and have everything you would need, state of the art tech and interior design was lovely. The view over the marina and water was spectacular. The restaurant served beautiful food. We struggled with the language barrier a little. We need to polish up our Italian. There was a lovely cafe and bar we used in the daytime and evening for food and drinks. The Pool was nice and had a lovely view...

「A wonderful place to relax and take in the magnificent views of the beautiful Ligurian countryside. Perfectly situated high above the bustling coastal town of Levanto and the edge of the Cinque Terre, it's a great base to explore and sample the charms of the region. The food was excellent and our hosts most gracious.」

「部屋は素晴らしい。部屋からの眺めも素晴らしい。スタッフの対応は良くない。朝朝食会場に行ってもスタッフの挨拶はない、卵を焼く為の設備があるのに食べるか聞かない、フロントスタッフのシャツはズボンの後ろからだらしなく出てる、細かい説明もなく紙を渡されて、詳細はこれを読んでくれと。。。プールはとても地持ちよい。プールサイドから海が見えなくて少し残念。タオルも言えば貸してくれたが、ほとんどの人は自前のタオルだった。飲み物サービスも来ない。部屋にポットもコーヒーもない。コップも紙コップ。100€のホテルだったら気にならないが、それなりにお金を出してリラックスしに行ったのに、とても残念だった。」

「Perfect escape destination for couples and families. Super nice people and beautiful amenities. The rooms were big and very clean. Their beach club is outstanding. Also, in addition to yhe early check-in they gave us a free room UPGRADE !! When we checked out they also gave us a little good bye gift. Absolutely coming back again the next time i visi Italy. 「ラスペッチァからバスでポルトべーネレに入りました。バス停（終点）からもすぐ、かつ海辺に面しており、ロケーションは申し分ないと思います。2泊の滞在中、夕食1回は眺めの良いホテルのバルコニーでとりましたが、特別にテーブルセッティングして頂き、心のこもった対応にとても満足しました。客室からは、ヨットハーバーや灯台が一望でき、解放的ですがすがしい気分で過ごすことが出来ました。当ホテルでの滞在は、ポルトベーネレの美しい景色ととも に忘れられません。」
