「I had such a good time here. My room was lovely - the view of the piazza was so nice! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the kitchens and lounge areas were great too! It is in a very good location in Massa. I had such a relaxing few days! I found a new home in Massa - grazie di cuore Ostello Palazzo Nizza. I'll be back! 」

「The hotel owner said order didn't went through so we couldn't stay. But he also refused to give us the refund. Not recommended.」

「As all the other reviews have mentioned, the property is located on a hillside with spectacular views. Our room was for 3 people and the only view from the room was through the wooden blinds over a window. 」

「Struttura meravigliosa. Aria di pace e tranquillità. Abbiamo soggiornato nel Lodge, bellissimo e pulito. Comodissimo per l’accesso alla piscina, anch’essa stupenda. Staff cordiale ed efficiente. Ragazzo presente all’aperitivo molto gentile e simpatico. Un weekend di relax da ripetere sicuramente. 」
