The breakfast and dinner buffet was great, there was no need to eat outside of the hotel. The hotel is in a quiet spot, but still close to the Balneario or other activities!

This is a very pleasant hotel. Comfortable and convenient to the beach (200 yards). Its main problem is the awful WiFi in the room - and looking at the amount of people using the hotel's WiFi in the public area, it wasn't just my room.

Very good value for money hotel, just a short walk from the beach. Very clean, excellent buffet for the price, comfy beds, good shower. Only thing i would have liked is coffee/tea facilities in the room,, and a couple more English channels.on the tv. Very German orientated, but would recommended for anyone.

I loved this resort I would highly recommend this resort and the food was excellent The entertainment was great as an added extra I used the indoor pool and had absolutely no complaints Great location to everything !

Great stay in a great hotel

Staff in reception very attentive which was appreciated. Hotel was overall a great experience! Confortable beds! Spacious rooms, breakfast was exceptional. Fresh fruits, conserved fruits and dried fruits. Never had that in a hotel ever before. Staff in breakfast room did a very good job too in a loud and very crowded environment. We especially appreciated the refeigerator in the room.Thank you.

Nice hotel

Enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were very clean. We were half board and found that there was a good selection of freshly prepared food for breakfast and dinner. Most of the other guests were German and there were no English language channels on the TV. Hotel was handy for bus stops to Palma and the airport and a short walk from the beach

Friends weekend trip

Room was a standard room, comes with a balcony. Hair dryer is included in the room. Hangers & shelves good storage & plug sockets side of the bed. I don’t have any food at the hotel.

Not good service

This hotel was one of the worst I have ever been to. Their service was very bad as you never got any help because I was not German. The staff at breakfast and lunch only talked to German guests I had to ask for help and fix my own table. Think there should be more service to all guests as we also pay. Would not recommend this to people who are not from Germany.

SHOCKING SERVICE, DO NOT STAY! Our room was flooded on the first night due to the drainage, so I called reception and all they could say was someone will fix tomorrow. All our stuff was soaked which was very annoying. Following day they had said it'd been fixed, but the problem remained. They eventually agreed to change room but didn't even offer any compensation despite it being a downgrade. If not for the issue above, the stay would have been mediocre at best anyway, food was incredibly average, pool was cold, definitely learnt my lesson staying at a cheap hotel, you get what you pay for I guess.

Zimmer ok, an Sauberkeit kann man noch arbeiten. Frühstücksbuffet so lala. Auswahl ok, qualitativ eher ausreichend. Kaffee ungenügend...fürchterlich!! Wenn der Kaffe morgens schon so gar nix kann, ist der halbe Tag versaut. Wir würden nicht nochmal kommen.

Sehr gutes Frühstück.. das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Vom Hotel aus erreicht man alles problemlos. Wenn ge Schritte und man ist direkt am Meer.. Beim einchecken stellten wir der Rezeption die Frage wie das mit Pool und Handtücher aussieht. Man sagte uns dann es wäre alles reserviert. Obwohl eigentlich immer Liegen frei waren. Man hätte vorher anrufen müssen, das haben wir nicht verstanden. Aber alles andere zu dem Preis und Leistung war super 👍. Das größte Lob bekommt von uns der Mann von der Bar der immer lacht und lustig ist und die Dame beim Frühstücksempfang. Die hat uns ermöglicht Kaffee vorm frühstücken zu bekommen. Dankeschön 🙏

Unterkunft ist Zentral an der Playa gelegen. Poolanlage ist ausreichend groß und sauber. Zimmer waren bei Bezug nicht ganz sauber( Haare im Bad). Das Essen ist von der Auswahl der Speisen betrachtet super. Leider ist warmes Essen nicht immer warm sondern oft nur lauwarm und der Nachtisch ist oft nicht ausreichend gekühlt.

Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich. Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Was mir sehr gut gefallen hat war die Tauschbörse neben dem Fahrstuhe, Gäste die abreisen stellen Sonnenschirne, Luftmatrazen und alles was man für den Strand benötigt an einer Stelle ab und die neuen Gäste können sich nehmen was sie brauchen. Ich fand das Top. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt. Mir hat es durch die freundlichen Mitarbeiter sehr gut gefallen. Der Strand und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im kurzen Weg gut zu erreichen. Gerne komme ich wieder.
