☆ Hot Tub: The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you!
☆ Pool heater: The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it.
☆ Maintenance: Our pool technician cleans our pool Monday and Thursdays. Our landscaper comes once a week every Tuesday. Walk up trash service is taken Wednesday mornings. All services are for your added convenience and will not bother you throughout your stay.
☆ Desert living: This home and many homes in Palm Springs are located in the desert, sand is around, sand flys when windy. When windy the pool does catch some sand. Our pool cleaner always tries his best to clean the sand, but in some cases sand may be in the pool.
☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $150 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the pool. While the neighborhood lacks many sidewalks, it’s ideal for those who prefer a more relaxed environment, though it may not be the best for long walks with dogs. The home is particularly suited for adults looking to enjoy the lively, diverse energy and the unique charm of Palm Springs. Please consider this when planning your stay, as it may not offer the conveniences typically sought for family visits.
