OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The estate opens with breathtaking mountain views and a 45-foot resort-style pool surrounded by chaise lounges, alfresco dining, and a fire pit lounge. The rear yard features a private spa, a covered outdoor living pavilion, a second dining area for ten or more, and a built-in BBQ. Guests can enjoy yard games including shuffleboard, croquet, foosball, darts, and lawn games, all shaded by towering palms and citrus trees. Whether you’re sunning by the pool, dining under the pavilion, or gathering around the fire pit at sunset, the outdoor spaces deliver the perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The main house features three suites, each with its own personality. The Bob Hope Suite — Bob’s original bedroom — includes a king bed, mirrored walls, a flatscreen TV, ensuite marble bath with double vanity, and walk-in closet with his original tie rack and shoe shelf. The Dolores Suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, private half bath, and fabulous wallpaper. The Atomic Room offers a queen bed, starburst wallpaper, and a connected bath.
The detached Casita provides a private entrance, king bed, ensuite bath, desk, and a tropical Old Hollywood vibe. The Pink Lemonade Pool House, located at the front of the property, includes a king bed, ensuite bath with restored vintage tile, and private entrance. An additional cabana bath with shower is conveniently located off the pool area.
With three suites in the main house, plus a casita and a pool house, this estate offers both privacy and flexibility — ideal for large groups or multi-generational getaways.
