  • Welcome to Sunrise Silver Oak; a 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo in a gated community in South Palm Springs. In one of the areas most desirable communities, Sunrise East is situated on 40+ acres of landscaped park like grounds with 6 pools/spas, tennis courts and pickle ball courts. This corner unit condo boasts modern living spaces with beautiful décor, including upgraded kitchen and baths. Brand new modern master bath and upgraded wood floor throughout provides for easy wheelchair access. The spacious living room has a wet bar and gas fireplace. The condo has three bedrooms, one which is combined with an additional family room. All bedrooms have on-suite full bathrooms and ample closet space. The outdoor patio contains additional lounge and dining spaces with upgraded amenities of a gas grill, an awning with misters for warmer nights and a propane heater for cooler evenings. Please note there is a minimum stay of 30 nights at this property.
