The condo was as advertised; no disappointing surprises. Great HVAC! We loved the pool which was little used by others and felt quite private. We especially enjoyed the location and views next to the Prescott Nature Preserve. While that project is in it's infancy, we really enjoyed the 2.5 mile trail through the preserve, the birds and animals. We look forward to the progress they will make over the next year. It was nice to look out over the preserve and the palms and mountains in the distance. We also liked that we had one covered parking stall for our car; nice when it's 100 degrees! We've rented in PS for many winters and, for a rental of 2 BR's, this was a very good choice! Recommended!
