By nature preserve with beautiful mountain views
Pet friendly upper floor unit at Mesquite Country Club opens to the new nature preserve that is open to the public. The golf course is now a nature preserve, but there's still plenty of public courses nearby. Less than 2 miles to downtown Palm Springs. In a gated, safe, quiet neighborhood. Miles of walking & biking trails just outside this unit. Two bicycles are available. Tennis racquets and pool toys are available for your use. There are 2 decks. The one on the south side gets lots of morning sun and overlooks the mountains. The deck on north overlooks the Prescott Nature Preserve and mountains and gets late afternoon sun and it has a propane BBQ . The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the guest bedroom has a queen bed. There's also a roll away bed. Both bedrooms have view decks. Minimum 29 day rental.
