This is the quintessential location for your typical nature-lover, with plenty of parks nearby such as the City Of Palm Desert Freedom Park and Civic Center Park. Spend a fun-filled and relaxing day out on the grass with your family as you picnic out in the sun and feast on some homemade treats. Golf enthusiasts will love the plethora of courses in the area they can try out. In fact, your vacation home sports the best view in town. See who's got the best tee-off and challenge your friends to a couple of games.

    After you've had your fun out on the town, return back to your home away from home and step inside to find brilliant interior decor with comfortable furnishings set up in the living area. Located in the Desert Falls Country Club, this lower lever level condo offers plenty of privacy as there are no condos in front of your patio. Speaking of which, step out on the patio in the back and take in a breath of fresh air and enjoy your gorgeous vista. Revel in the unobstructed, expansive golf course view, with multiple fairways also within your sight. That's not all though, as the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains are also in the distance and sport breathtaking colors at sunset. Feel free to fire up the gas grill and cook up a delicious dinner consisting of classic American burgers. Step back inside and cook up a meal in the full kitchen using its stainless steel appliances. Most of the amenities were functioning. The awning that covers the patio does not have a functioning handle. Overall the place with in good working order. The layout worked for us and the kitchen was appropriately furnished.

Best condo we’ve rented

This property in Desert Falls development in Palm Desert was exceptional. Nicely equipped, pleasant decor, open, light and comfortable. Easy access and short drives to Freedom Park for Pickleball, Sherman’s deli, Rancho Mirage restaurants, Duncan Bridge Club and more.

House is perfect and just as described. Quiet neighborhood. Great pool and hot tub. Patio faces west and we had great sunsets. This is a bottom floor unit so you need to contend with noise from upstairs. Also know you deal with a 3rd party management company, not the owner. So lots of bureaucracy such as having to purchase early check in. Would definitely consider staying here again

Vacasa rental

I have stayed in this country club in three different units. The units are the same design, but this is the one I prefer. It had a great view, was very clean and quiet and it was close to family already there.

The Gem

The condo has an amazing view of the golf course and the mountains. Beautiful sunsets it’s very serine. The beds are comfortable and the condo is clean. It has a coffee maker instead of a keurig and there was no Kleenex anywhere.

Excellent property in a gated community.

The views from the unit of the golf course and surrounding mountains are picturesque. The guests and owners are friendly and make you feel a part of the community. Gate security deserves special attention. All the attendants were professional and welcomed every guest entering the club.

Beautiful home

This suite was very clean, well stocked with cleaning supplies and it had all the necessary appliances. Furniture was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. Dishwashers was a little noisy and master shower had a little screech. Otherwise a very nice and well furnished home.

10 Day, Get Away!!

Condo was very well furnished & supplied. Property is facing golf course with a gorgeous mountain view. Lovely fireplace, which we wanted to use, but there were no directions on how to turn on or lite, which was disappointing as there were a couple of cool evenings. We also could have used an extra blanket or quilt for the beds. Overall…was most enjoyable and would consider another visit.

Terrible property Manager Ruined a good property

Management company made check in unnecessarily stressful. Traveling is stressful enough but threatening canceling reservations day of travel is inexcusable. Terrible policy and would not recommend staying at a property managed by VACASA. The property we stayed at was better than average for VRBO. What a shame they use a management company.

Very nice

It was very nice but we had two issues during our stay. The ice maker was very slow. There were only two of us and we ran out constantly. The other one was the thermostat. It kept defaulting to 90 degrees. We would turn it down - it was really hot while we were there - and it would default back to 90.
