This Mid-Century Beauty was completely remodeled in 2018 staying true to the mid-century design.

The Gorgeous well-equipped kitchen offers quartz countertops, stainless appliances, a gas cooktop, custom cabinetry, a counter depth refrigerator with ice and water, and views to the Northeast! The Dining area has a table for 4 and opens to the living room which boasts beautiful custom built-in cabinetry, comfy yet elegant furnishings, and gorgeous mountain views!

The Main Bedroom includes a Queen sized bed, 2 nightstands with lamps, Smart TV, Walk-In Closet, En Suite Bath with large Vanity, and generous Walk-In Shower! The multipurpose Den/Guest Bedroom has a Queen Sleeper Sofa, Custom Built-In Cabinetry (including a closet cabinet). The wonderful white and bright tiled guest bath has a roomy walk-in shower. The Private back patio offers amazing views of the mountains and dining for 4. There are new a 4-person chair set and two chaise loungers! To make your vacation more enjoyable, this home offers: The heated Community Pool is just a few steps away from the back patio. In Unit Washer/Dryer.

Relax after a fun day of Golfing or Hiking on your patio with a refreshing beverage, or just enjoy a day by the Pool! Centrally located just 20 minutes from the Palm Springs International Airport; 1.5 hours from Ontario International Airport; 2.5 hours from San Diego and L.A. Don't drive to El Paseo -- walk there!

Such a wonderful property. Perfect for my husband and I. Covered parking and so much guest parking. It was also well supplied. All the appliances are new. Views are great on both sides of the bungalow. Don't be concerned about the location near Highway 74. It is at the back of the property and very quiet and safe. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and hiking. We were there for 6 weeks -- would definitely rent there again.

Perfect Palm Desert Rental

The unit has been tastefully remodelled. There are beautiful views out the front and back. We easily walked to hiking trails, El Paseo and the Target mall. Ashley at the management company quickly responded to emails. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Clean and Updated

A beautiful renovated property. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood and walkable to El Paseo’s shops and restaurants. Also close to hiking trails like the Bump and Grind. The Living Desert is a short drive or bike ride away. I hope to be back!

Beautiful accommodation and perfectly located!

My husband and I enjoyed a fabulous stay. The accommodation is very clean and well stocked with lush towels and linens and a well equipped kitchen. The unit is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is ideal for a couple as the second 'bedroom' is an office with a pull out couch- handy for a short stay visitor. We loved the close proximity to hiking trails, cycling routes and of course golf plus the bonus of shopping and restaurants on El Paseo Drive. We definitely would love to stay at this unit again!

Review of sands and shadows condo

My wife and I loved this place. Great location, very clean and well stocked. A full size bed rather than a pull out bed in the second bedroom would be great but otherwise we cannot say enough about this unit.
