The guest bedroom offers an office space! Enjoy multiple pools throughout the community and private BBQ! Tennis, Pickleball, and golf are all available for an additional fee.

-No pets without approval and pet fee of $25 + tax per pet per day

-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all 30+ night bookings not booked through abnb

-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over

-External contract to be signed

-25mph speed limit STRICTLY enforced. Any fines will be billable to guest and may result in termination of contract with no refunds

-Non-Abnb/HVMB cancellations incur a non-refundable 5% processing fee. Full refunds per policy will be 95%.
