「Stay away from this host! He made me cancel my stay the day I was supposed to arrive, even though the charges had been taken off my credit card, due to the reason that someone else had booked it on another booking site (so he claimed). He then told me he put in a request to vrbo to have me refunded only for me to find out a week later that he never did after I had to contact vrbo myself to get a refund. I would not recommend staying here at all!」

"ローマ中心地、テルマエ駅から徒歩1”分 どこへ行くにも便利 昼頃に到着したら少し待てば入れるとの事 対応がよかったし レストランの方々も6泊だからか 顔覚えて下さりフレンドリーに接して頂きました。 又日本語堪能のスタッフがいた事で細かい事など 頼る事が出来ました 今回は飛行機代が高かったので部屋はお風呂諦めていたのにグレードupして頂き、お風呂つきのお部屋でした。 洗面所やお風呂の配管が悪いのか排水に時間がかけり大変でした。 空が好きなのにブラインドが上まで開かないのは残念でした。 ローマ行く方、すごくお勧めホテルです"
